Absolutely incredible customer service and a wonderful installation team! First off, I called several different companies for quotes but Smart Choice was the first company were I didn’t have to push a bunch of prompts to speak to customer service. They came out two days later for a quote and weren’t pushy. Ahmad laid out the facts and we were able to make the decision to get all new windows for the house without feeling pushed towards it. The quote was fair and the financial options they provide are great! We were originally told our windows would be coming in mid March early April, however they came in and were installed only a month after we ordered them. The crew who installed our windows were so knowledgeable and friendly, they made the day fun and did a fantastic job installing and made the windows look beautiful inside and out!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone and would not hesitate to do business with them again. Prompt, reliable, excellent service. The installers were wonderful.

Great experience! Amed came out to give a quote, did a great job explaining the product and options without being "pushy". The rest of the team was also very easy to work with. Used Smart Choice to redo a previously botched shower replacement by a general contractor. Very satisfied with everything, from the initial site visit, to demo to installation. Smart Choice did everything they said they would do, on time, on schedule and on budget. Quality of the work was exceptional and the technician Phil was courteous and professional. When we decided our home needed new vinyl siding and four new windows, we interviewed 6 contractors to get quotes. Smart Choice was about in the lower middle for cost, but our salesperson, Bob Gallo, was by far the most experienced and convincing of the people we consulted. He guided us through the color and style selection process, all of which was smooth and easy. The installation crew of 5 was friendly and skilled, demonstrating excellent workmanship and creativity in fitting the siding in several difficult places on our home. Follow up service has been truly exceptional. Bob regularly checked on the progress of the job to make sure everything was going well. When we discovered that our A/C was not operational after the work was completed, Mark their manager immediately sent out an electrician to correct the issue. During our first heavy rain, we noticed some leakage around one of the down spouts and some unfinished work around the drain crocks. Mark was equally responsive and scheduled the repairs right away. We are thrilled with the quality of Smart Choice's work as well as their after sale service, and have already recommended this company to a neighbor as well as someone in my fitness class.

Update: AJ called and made sure service person will come and fix it. They replaced with new screen door and it works fine and screen doesn't keep popping out.

The only thing nice about them is AJ came to explain about windows and doors. We had them install the patio door. Quality is horrible, and the door won't lock properly unless you push hard and then lock. The screen door is poor quality. The screen keeps coming off, and it's a nightmare to call and have them come over to fix it. I have called them for a repair screen door, and even with an appointment, they don't show up. Please be careful and go with professionals and stay away from them.

I needed to replace all 10 windows and the patio door in my house so I visited the Cleveland Home and Remodeling Show at the IX Center to shop for estimates. Smart Choice not only provided the best quote they also did a great job of answering all my questions prior to beginning the work. The install went smoothly and was completed in a day and a half. We stopped at Smart Choice Windows booth at the Home and Garden show in Cleveland on Saturday. Their sales rep Sid Ahmad came out 2 days later, and we ordered 4 windows. Sid had a sample window, and explained very clearly, how it was manufactured, and warranted. He also quoted prices quickly, and discussed all the financing options we had. We made our choices, and proceeded to purchase. I believe we will be very satisfied. He was the most pleasant and efficient sales rep I have ever dealt with.

We purchased 10 window and one sliding glass door from Ahmad and his team. The complete process was absolutely amazing. We had gotten a couple quotes from other companies but nothing was like the experience with him and his team. The installers came in and did what they had to do without any inconvenience to me. Great guys if I had a question they were knowledgeable and happy to answer it. I find since having the windows done I keep looking at them. Not past or through them just at them. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with my smart choice in choosing Ahmad and his team.

Gorgeous windows, great installers, took extremely good care of our home. Went above and beyond with installing even in the rain, worked as a team and one day installation. Very polite, can’t say enough. Wonderful experience will use them again for the rest of the house.

Smart Choice is always my first thought when I have a home project. They replaced our sliding glass door last year and our gutters just thecother day. Project was done earlier than expected, they are quick and clean and can't bear the price. Warranties on their work and a nice family company. Rick was our salesman both times and never felt pressured and always took his time to explain. Great company if you need work done.

Our windows turned out great! We got black trim and it goes very well with our house. A couple things were misunderstood during the process, but all was well and they got the job done nicely and quick.
