Awesome folks. Came out for an emergency fix in just a couple of hours and got the heat back working. Friendly tech, quick fix!

Workers showed up on time, were very courteous and informative. Explained options very well. Extremely satisfied.

AC would not turn on. Hannah was here on a Saturday afternoon and was relentless on finding the problem. A low voltage fuse had blown and she replaced it. At that point she could have closed up the unit and left, but wasn't comfortable with some readings she was getting. She felt that the fuse would just blow again.
She found a short in a wire that was going to the outside unit and replaced it. She is very professional and calm when dealing with an upset customer (me) because we had to cut holes in finished drywall to correct the faulty wiring issue. She then went through several checks to insure everything was working fine. Thanks Hannah for a job well done!

Curt and his assistant were on time and very respectful of my home, removing their shoes every time they entered. They did a very complete inspection and test of my heating system. They explained exactly what was involved in the few problem areas they found and the recommended corrective actions. They completed those actions we decided on quickly. I will recommend Sugarcreek Heating and Cooling to anyone asking for assistance with their climate control systems in the future.

Sugarcreek heating & cooling was the best company for the job. The customer service, technicians, and crew were great. Professional, timely, and great response time to all questions or concerns. We used them for our new home heating and cooling installation and would highly recommend.
