Excellent company! Very responsive....had a tech at my house within an hour which we very much appreciated. Repaired the issue quickly and was reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again!

Our AC went out in the evening. I called the 24 hour number and requested to not have them come out as an emergency to avoid the after hours fees. They had us scheduled within 12 hours and had the tech out the next business day! The tech repaired our unit within 30 minutes and was very knowledgeable.

I run an Airbnb and needed some work done quickly. They were out and had me up and running in no time. There was a problem with the work that was done and the company sent a senior tech guy out to fix the issue at no charge. They have done a few jobs for me and I highly recommend them. They are very respectful and highly effective at finishing the work that needs done.

The technicians arrived ahead of schedule, texted with a photo i.d. before arrival, diagnosed the problem quickly, and corrected it.

Call me it was not right about my service contact i want a recipe mailed to me because I have to pay cash no billing i thinking of finding a different heating company

I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone!!! My sister is invalid and on a small fixed income. They charged her $120 to come out on a Saturday afternoon and spend 5mins to diagnose the problem which couldn't be fixed till Monday so she went w/o heat. Then on Monday charged another $422 to replace a blower motor which took 30 mins to replace. And the on top of these already ridiculous prices, charged her ANOTHER $20 just because they came out on Saturday. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Asked for furnace estimates, came out promptly and checked it out but after repeated attempts to get the actual estimates in writing or Email, I still haven't received them 10 days later. Guess they didn't need the business. I'll be getting my new furnace and air conditioner from Festi heating and cooling.

We are very disappointed with this company. We had a man come out for furnace repair. He didn't fix it but said he would send a estimate for repair.....we never received anything. Then this summer we had a man come look at our A/C because it was making a rattling noise. The same thing happened. We paid $90 both times FOR NOTHING! I emailed them telling what happened but never got a response, no apology, no explanation, nothing! I wonder if they just make house calls for $90 and that's how they make their money?
