I very rarely write reviews but was so satisfied with Dumas Electric I felt it was the least I could do. The install and time it took Bob to complete the install of the spa was excellent. Very professional and well thought out install kept the appearance looking great.

Bob and Cindy are quality people in my opinion.

Bob showed on time. Stayed until all the work was done and we had a long list for him. From installing multiple ceiling fans. Numerous light fixtures. Adding a new outlet in the kitchen and one in the basement. Repaired another basement outlet that didn't work. Fixed an outdoor outlet and I'm sure I forgot something .

The quality of work is second to none. Superb.

I will absolutely be using Dumas Electric for any future needs.

Our power line was effected by a crazy wind gust that we got and it was nearly ripped from the side of our house. We found Dumas Electric through Google Search and reached out to them on Sunday night after the issue occurred. We got a call back first thing Monday morning, and Bob was at our house first thing Tuesday morning and fixed the problem! Bob was personable, efficient, and super nice! He even gave my pet some love and attention while I was working on getting his payment ready. Payment seemed fair and he did great work. My ONLY call out is that i did not receive a receipt or invoice when i paid, but all i had to do was call them and it was in my email inbox within the hour! They clearly take customer service seriously as their response times are speedy and efficient! Would definitely recommend and we will continue to use Dumas Electric for future needs.

Bob and his wife run an awesome company. Great communication and very friendly Bob is always on time and prepared for whatever electrical mess we throw at him. When there was a small issue with work he did he came out right away to fix it and even upgraded what we had paid for at no charge. Would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing the help of an electrician. Good contractors are hard to come by these days but Dumas Electric is one of them!

Dumas Electric has worked on our house on two separate occasions: first to move outlets and replace a ceiling fixture in our basement. The second time was to replace our outside lights on the front porch and garage. Both times Bob was friendly, professional and efficient. He arrived on time, and completed his work with no problems. They are a local, family-owned company, and I recommend them to anyone because, they are friendly and priced fairly.

Called Dumas Electric (spoke with Cindy) about a 200 amp panel upgrade in an existing home. Bob came out and looked at everything and compiled a materials list and an approximate time frame of how long it would take and the cost involved. He was BY FAR the cheapest and BY FAR the most knowledgeable person to come and provide an estimate for this upgrade. We agreed on a price, he came when he said he would, actually took way less time than what was agreed upon, everything was NEAT AND CLEAN when the work was finished and I am VERY satisfied with his work and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Dumas Electric for a panel upgrade or whatever else you would need done. 100% satisfied!

Cindy (wife) was able to ask pertinent questions about job that Bob would work on. Bob came out within a couple days and looked at what needed to be accomplished. Bob came out the next week and successfully completed everything!

On a estimate they quoted a price on a job.of coarse the parts and labor are not broke down individually. One of the parts on the estimate was not replaced,so I had to ask for a cheaper price. Yes they gave me a credit,but it was only half the price of the part that was not replaced.i am sure there are other electrical businesses in sunbury.
