Would 100% recommend Survivor Electric. We had an issue with our breakers melting down due to improper installation. The entire house smelled like burning electric wire. We called Survivor Electric early evening and the Austin was here in 20 minutes. He found the problem immediately. He fixed the immediate problem and we scheduled to have the entire box and breakers replaced. The change over went smoothly and they put in really good equipment. It's a great feeling to know your electric is safe and done right.

Professional group of people. Good communication! Survivor provided great details and progress reports from beginning to end. Best of all the projects were completed on time and on cost.

Survivor came out and assessed my problem and all agreed I needed new electric service. It was the original service when the house was built in 1975. They scheduled everything and were right on time. Technicians were incredibly polite and I left them home all day with no electricity and went to work. Came back at four and all was up and running and the technicians were finishing up. Cleaned up after themselves and left me with a big smile on my face.

He was very knowledgeable, methodical about finding the problem, very personable and attentive to putting things back like he found them. Local (Sunbury) business that I would highly recommend. We called the day of and they were able to fit us in that day. Showed up toward beginning of time range quoted and service was excellent. Very reasonable pricing. Survivor was great to work with! They were able to send someone out the same day for with an issue we were having. Justin was really helpful explaining how he found the source of our problem and how he fixed it, plus he answered all our questions. I appreciated him taking time to teach a little while he was here and would recommend them again for this reason
