GSS purchased Janitorial Manager almost two years ago. I have been in the facility service for over 17 years and have used many SAAS softwares for work orders and inspections. While I was excited to launch this system, it never worked for our managers. The system failed to work as inspection platform. For over a year we were given excuses and yet nothing was ever resolved. We had 3 different account executives in one year as all 3 left the company. I would not recommend using their system if you are in the cleaning or maintenance service. The system is awful and does not deliver a good product.

They take the time to understand your business so that Janitorial Manager works for you and your unique situation. Overall, very happy with the software and the customer service.

We've been using JM Connect for a few months now as we started to add employees and locations. So far it's been great. Lots of various reporting and other feature's I haven't even dug into yet, but the easiest low hanging fruit super accessible and easy to use both as an admin and for our crews out in the field:

+ Geo-fenced "clock in/out at location"
+ A group chat for each location so various team members can share images, input, feedback, etc.
+ Ability to assign work orders
+ Setup up checklists for cleans
+ Setup checklists for inspections, and customize your pass/fail or A, B, C grading scales
+ leave various notes assigned to locations (we do this for alarm instructions, driving/parking/entrance instructions, etc.)

All of this is reinforced with regular Account Manager meetings, so you're not trying to learn all of this on your own. Kristy has been amazing at making sure each call is tailored to what I need for the next step in our growth.

Already recommended it to another owner as they grow and add headcount.

Lindell has cleaned my four story wall of windows in the past so I knew I would be happy. I asked him to clean my grandmothers chandelier that hangs above my bathtub…..and wow. The fifty year old fixture looks new. The sparkle is blinding. Trust me….you will be happy. I wish I could post the before and after pictures.
