My experience with Heavenly Window Cleaning began when after calling close to 10 window cleaning companies, only to get answering machines, Lyndell actually answered the phone! He not only answered, but came to the house in 20 minutes, looked at my windows and gave me an estimate. He had me from hello with his winning personality! Today, he spent approximately five hours making my windows sparkle and also steam cleaning the sills and sill corners which looked really bad. Now, thanks to him, they look amazing! I'm not sure what product he uses, but I can't get my windows to ever look this good. Lyndell is professional, humorous and truly loves his job! I'm definitely glad he was the only one who answered the phone last week. Thank you for a job well done. I am so pleased!

So I had my carpets cleaned by Trevor very nice great customer service and he went above and beyond to clean my carpets!! I’ll definitely be using them again.

We just had Dad's apartment carpets cleaned, in the Toledo area. The apartment is a 4th floor unit, so finding a cleaner with a portable unit is difficult However, Midwest not only accommodated the upper apartment floor, they did a superb job! (they have a truck mounted process for regular cleaning).
The office Staff and Cleaners were very responsive, professional and timely. We were given a typical 4 hour window for arrival, but I were able (and encouraged) to contact them prior to the window start time to pinpoint a more exact arrival time.
When Sean and his crew showed up, they got right to work, were quick, thorough and conscientious. They cleaned all requested areas and were respectful of our things. And what a reasonable price!!
We will be contacting them again the next time we need our carpets cleaned. Highly recommend

Walked in and felt instantly allowed to do what I wanted to do…cleaning was always on my must do list after work. This investment has given me the freedom to cuddle my dog, read a good book, or watch some bad reality tv and not feel guilty about ignoring my housekeeping. Amazing!

Great company. My first time having a professional cleaning for my home. I work full time and we have 2 young children. I received this as a gift and I 100% know that I will continue to budget it in the future as this is a game changer. They are a wonderful company. I felt super comfortable with them in my home from the beginning and they are so good with my dog. 10/10 would recommend to anyone on the fence to give them a shot and see how amazing coming home to a clean house feels!

Rachel always does a great job. I did not appreciate the scheduling issue. It was not Rachel's fault. I specifically asked for Rachel to be here at 1:00. She was scheduled to be here at 9:00. We were not prepared for her to be here.

I've had a very poor experience with Made for You. The cleaning quality is subpar, with areas consistently being missed or done poorly. When I've tried to address this, I've been met with a lack of responsiveness and dismissiveness. What's even more concerning is the way I've seen them treat their employees. There seems to be a culture of disrespect and unprofessionalism, which is deeply troubling. I would strongly advise against using Made for You. There are better options that will provide good service, respect their customers, and treat their staff with dignity.

Edit: I have never worked in a cleaning business in my life.

Andrea is a true professional. I am very particular about dusting and she gives me a dust free house. She is the best person I have ever had clean my house.
