Just had a “top to bottom” cleaning by Barb and Nicollette. They arrived on time and were very professional. I’m signing up to be a reoccurring customer from this first cleaning!

Barb and Nicollette always do a wonderful job. They are reliable, pleasant, and always go the extra step. I recommend them highly.

Heather and Amanda always do a superior job cleaning our home. We are always satisfied and they do any additional tasks when asked.

I used Cleaning Genie last week for my 3 bed 2 bath home. They were on time and worked efficiently, they completed all items on my checklist in less time that had been estimated.
Already planning my next service.

We have used Cleaning Genie services for almost two years..once a month..to clean home..we use the same pair of friendly, thorough, ladies…they do three bedrooms, two bath home in just over an hour, and we have been very pleased with their work.

Bizarre experience, do not recommend

Like another commenter said, the owner was very nice. At first. Until we got an unexpected letter in the mail, firing us as customers because we’d had to cancel an appointment. The letter said we’d given no notice, when we absolutely did. We’d called Tony to cancel, and he apparently didn’t pass the message on to the cleaning crew, because they called at the appointment time asking to be let in. We rescheduled, had the cleaning done, everything seemed fine, and then 3 weeks later we got this break-up letter. When my husband called to clear up any misunderstanding, Tony cravenly declined to return the message. So we have to move on with no clear explanation.

Save yourself the time and effort of researching and interviewing cleaning companies, and go with someone else in town.

Update: we've been happy for several months now with The Maids of Toledo.

OMG!! If i could give them 100 stars i would!! With other companies we have had 3+ girls workin in our house at a time and it took them 4-5 hrs and they always missed alot of stuff. With Cleaning Genie, they had 2 girls come in a whip right thru everything in 2.5 hours. I did the white glove test cuz i wasnt messing around and they literally didnt leave a spec of dust anywhere in my house. They are amazing and i highly recommend them!!!

Tony (co-owner) came to my home to provide an estimate for cleaning smoke damage. He arrived on time and even called me from the road to advise that he might be a few minutes late due to traffic. Tony was very helpful and suggested we contact our insurance company as the work to be completed would most probably be covered under our homeowner's policy (he was aware that his company would probably not be contracted to perform the cleaning but he put our needs over gaining our business). We did contact our insurance company and ended up using the company they had already approved. But, in the event we ever need cleaning help again, I would not hesitate to contact The Cleaning Genie. They were professional from start to finish and it was pleasure doing business with them (to the extent that we did anyway). Thank you Tony for your suggestions as they were very helpful.

I hired them to clean my parents home.

We got taken to the cleaners by these crooks. My wife and I moved from our condo on Saturday to our new home. We thought we would do the right thing and have the condo we were renting cleaned for our old landlord. The Cleaning Genie quoted us at $70 a hour for 2 women to clean our 1,400 square foot condo. It took them 6 hours?? Are you freaking kidding me?? Of course we were not there so it is their word we are going on. When I questioned them for details as to what took so long, they beat around the bush and made excuses about our fridge shelves. We will not be using their services again. Unbelievable.

They were very thorough in the cleaning. This my first time hiring the fall cleaning. It was nice to come home and a "Genie" came in the house to clean. Awesome! Even my husband said "wow"!

I have been a customer of Cleaning Genie for over 10 years and I've never been dissatisfied. The main office is friendly and accommodating. The ladies they sent to me, Rachel and Veronica, are wonderful and clean just the way I want them to. This is a great business that I truely recommend.

Several years ago I had to look for a new cleaning service when my old crew retired. In addition to the normal vacuuming and cleaning, I needed someone to wash my clothes, change the bed, etc. I spoke to several services, but Cleaning Genie was the ONLY one that would do this. Cleaning Genie charges me by the hour.

All the rest wanted to charge me a fixed rate, send in a large crew, do only the basics, and get in and out quickly. They could not guarantee that I would get the same crew each time, which meant I would have to explain my needs to each different crew.

I have had the SAME two ladies from Cleaning Genie ever since I started. They know what to do. If there is something special needed that visit, they will do it.

I could not ask for a better service. Thorough, flexible and prompt.

I have had Cleaning Genie now for almost 4 years. They are GREAT. I mostly have the same two women and they are thorough, careful, and very respectful. My house looks great when they leave. This is a really good service.

This was my first experience with Cleaning Genie and was very satisfied.
The girls called in advance and arrived on time. They were friendly, professional, worked quickly yet thoroughly. I love having a clean house that smells good too! Highly recommend!
