I called this company and had two ladies come out. They did an excellent job of cleaning. However, trying to reschedule for them to come out again was too much work on my part. The girls came out and, once again did great cleaning. After their last cleaning, I called to schedule monthly appointments ahead of time. Their receptionist said she would get back to me for scheduling. Not only did she NOT get back to me, as Anita Crane stated in her review, below, I received a letter from the company telling me they could no longer accommodate me as a client. I was very puzzled by this, as they stated they will do monthly cleanings. I emailed the owners to ask what happened. They told me I don't get to pick the times, or the days for their girls to come clean. REALLY? For $57.00 an hour? Well, things worked out in the end. I have the BEST housekeeper, who does much more than most and charges much less. Also, she comes on the days and times that I want her! Cleaning Genie Staff needs to be more organized and friendlier. What a disappointment.

We contacted Cleaning Genie to help us with our deep clean after we sold/moved out of our home, to prepare for the new owners arrival. Tony (the owner) came to make a detailed list and note everything that we expected from their company. He was very friendly, personable, and thorough. Since the home was vacant, we gave them the green light to come and go as they needed. I popped in on them at one point, the cleaning lady was also very friendly and personable, as well. They worked very efficiently and left nothing off the list! I will hire them again, and would recommend them to anyone seeking out these types of services.

Setting up service was simple and very personalized with a form to request desired cleaning services, with clearly explained options for payment and access to the home. Office manager Jeanelle is so courteous and flexible with scheduling. Barb and Nicolette are our regularly scheduled cleaners and they are fabulous! They bring all the cleaning equipment and supplies and work quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. Dusting Venetian blinds is my nemesis, but they work magic on them. Our home sparkles after their service, and beyond that they are so kind and personable. Price is very reasonable and worth every penny!

Barb and her co-worker certainly are cleaning genies. They are swift but thorough and totally dependable. These ladies get down on their knees, stretch up from a stool; nothing misses their notice even when it is intricate woodwork. I have no reservations about leaving the house while they are here. They are careful to lock the door when they depart.

Hannah does a wonderful job for us and politely tolerates our crazy doodle. Kitchen and counters look fantastic!
