She was very thorough throughout the entire house. The only thing I would critique would be that she didn't vacuum the couches, but that also may not be included in the service.

Maid For You has been a great service so far. We really appreciate how affordable they are and what a great job they do for our family. We made some adjustments after the second cleaning and they were super receptive and happy to do it. Our house looks and smells clean when they are done. Best part is since we work from home it's important that they aren't too loud and they have been super respectful and quiet which makes it easier to work while they are there cleaning. Highly Recommend.

We had a great experience with Maid For You for a deep clean. The bathrooms especially were spotless and looked brand new. Deonna was amazing, professional, detail-oriented, and really listened to what we needed to get done. I appreciated how flexible she was, pivoting as needed to make sure everything was done just right. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a thorough, reliable cleaning! I will definitely be a repeat customer :)

My regular cleaning lady, who I LOVE, has been out so I have had a number of different people cleaning my house the last few months. Sadly I get a good one and they move her off my house. Current one does not dust all surfaces, the shower has accumulated mold that she never scrubs, she doesn’t vacuum all area rugs, etc. I have been less than happy with the last few cleanings. Can’t wait for my regular lady to get back!!! If you need something I recommend calling or texting, email gets no response.

My home smells good. My floors are easy to streak and I found absolutely none. All the glass was polished. Great work!

The woman that came to my home to give an estimate have a list of their standard cleaning procedures and I was quite impressed. The first cleaning person they sent out was TERRIBLE! Not only did they not do the standard items she cleaned poorly. She also looked kinda sketchy. There was dust left in places that should have been cleaned like the ledges of the backsplash on the bathroom vanities and the bottom shelf of my entry table. In addition, my stairs were vacuumed poorly and several other things. I did ask for only my products to be used as I'm very sensitive to smells. I also told the person upon their arrival and left all of my products out on the counter. After they left I went upstairs to look over everything and immediately after going up a few steps I smelled a strong scent. My master bath smelled like someone sprayed perfume. I called and spoke to someone and they sent a new person out 2 days later. The other person did a much better job. I will give them another chance to keep my business, but I'm not 100% sold on them yet.

The second person they sent out looked less shady, but looked like they had no idea what to do most of the time. She'd kind of spin around in the room looking confused as to what to next. She bounced from room to room over and over instead of finishing a room at a time. She came with only a mop and bucket, no duster with an extender wand or vinegar to clean my hard wood floors as promised. She did not pay attention to detail. I watched and waited for 3 cleans for her to get the dusty cob webs in the corners of rooms, baseboards, exhaust fans dusty, dust on ledges of backsplash in kitchen and bathrooms, bottom of the toilets where they screw into floors, under soap bottles in the showers, dust along my cabinets from our hardwood floors being sanded and restained etc. The last clean my stainless steel refrigerator was left smeared, hair left on the bathroom floors, dried leaves from my plants left on carpet under stand, stove left dirty and the above stated. I called and sent over pictures. They offered the same girl to return and only one option for the time which I had to decline due to it being 9 am on Monday. No other attempts to remedy the terrible service were made. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

All pleasant and hardworking employees. The price wasn’t too bad. But, for 1 and 1/2 hours of work, I felt it was a bit steep. I wouldn’t have cared, provided everything got done, without being asked. When I first booked, I stated that the most important thing I need done is, a deep, top to bottom, clean with attention to detail for my masterbath. During the service, I did have to point many things out. That either didn’t get done, got overlooked, or her having to rush, for whatever reason. And I was having to ask often, if she did something, or did she maybe miss it, or overlook it. I felt as if the girl had to rush. I’m assuming maybe she had to be aware of her time, from being on the clock. Overall, I was hoping for someone to give me a good amount of time, at least for the first time. And I think there should have been two girls, beings I needed a deep clean and that special attention to detail, for a first time clean.

I am a busy mom and having the weight of cleaning lifted off my shoulders almost made me cry happy tears! We had such a great cleaner who spent several hours cleaning our home. It was wonderful to come home from work with everything freshly reset. The level of detail and care was beyond what I expected. Thank you for the services you provide!

Maid For You sent a most accomplished cleaner named Carly who went about her job with efficiency and care. She went about her business thoroughly and covered all the bases, leaving the my house sparkling. It was an added bonus that her friendly and kind disposition lent itself well to good communication between the two of us. I would highly recommend this service

Meghan was the only professional to work on my house who showed up perfectly on time. The cleaning service (by Thai) is excellent. My tub has never been so clean. Very thorough and reasonable.

Thank you Maid for you. It’s so nice to have the same cleaning person show up on time. Yes on time, it’s nice to have the same person because you built trust and a working relationship. Today’s my birthday. Rhylee made it a much more enjoyable day for me. Her conversation kept lifting me up. I ended up with a visit from who I now would consider a friend and I ended up with a beautiful clean house. Maid For You so far so great. It’s so nice to get my house back in order from when I had been ill.

Ms. Bea is absolutely amazing! She consistently does an outstanding job and is always very respectful of our home and belongings. Her attention to detail and professionalism truly set her apart. Every time she finishes, our home looks, smells and feels wonderful.

Heather and Amanda are consistent and great at what they do! They do intricate work on glass, and are always super positive.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY HERE!!!!
I should have took the clue when the owner came to give me an estimate and he didn’t know what “DEEP CLEAN” meant. He explained how thorough they are and clean everything by hand. Floors were cleaned with a mop, no corners were cleaned, no ceiling fans. A complete waste of money!!!

The ladies of the Cleaning Genie are extremely conscientious, good natured and thorough.
I've only been a client for about four months or so, but if they continue as they've been, they deserve every bit of their A Plus rating with the BBB.
