Corbin came on Tuesday at the time they told us to repair hot water heater at the church. After many attempts, it was found out that a sensor was out. He called around to many places but couldn’t find 1. Said he could get 1 by Thursday and at the same time on Thursday here and installed and we’re back to having hot water. Great company personal.

The AC stopped on the hottest day of the year. Another company said it needed a new compressor for thousands. Tempure came out immediately and repaired it for a couple hundred. Just needed a capacitor. Very honest, knowledgeable and responsive.

Paul and his team were efficient, timely and cost effective. We had three quotes and Tempure was most cost effective, and the quality level was impressive. We would use them again.

Paul and the Tempure team are seriously world class. As a church building manager with scant little experience, having a vendor like Tempure has been an advanced education experience. We needed to replace our commercial water heater, and Paul rightly steered us towards a tankless system, which actually cost less to purchase and install AND has far less operating costs. I recommend Paul to anyone who has had a bad vendor experience in the past and knows they deserve better. Tempure is simply better because they are more experienced and knowledgeable than most everyone.

Jesse and jacob did a great job cleaning my ducts today. I received text messages, with their pictures, when they were on the way. I will receive before and after photos of my ducts. They both explained things well. I highly recommend Rick's for all of HVAC needs.

Ryland and Jacob were great! They were very nice, answered any questions, and installed quickly! The area was left clean and they helped connect our new AC/thermostat to our phones before leaving!

Ian and Tyler were a great help and had my a/c back up and running as fast as they possibly could. I am very pleased with their service, i would highly recommend using them and both technicians were local Sylvania guys. Always best to support local businesses.

Crew was quick to respond and very professional. They clearly broke down my issue and what I needed in a way I could understand. The price was reasonable for what I needed and they cleaned up everything before leaving. Will definitely use again if I have issues again.
