I had interviewed and received quotes from various companies around town this summer. Overcashier was the most responsive and answered all of my questions - even after the initial estimate visit, Brady emailed me back quickly with responses to my questions. Nick and Austin were our installers and were very professional and kept all areas they were working on clean and tidy. Went over everything the day they finished the install and also took the time to answer any questions I had. I am so glad we decided to use Overcashier! I would highly recommend using them if you are looking for a new furnace or AC!

Brady, the salesman, was very informative of their product and services. Randy and his assistant, who installed the A/C, were very professional. They were here for about 6 hours and we hardly knew they were around. They cleaned everything when they were done and showed us how the new thermostat worked. We have used Overcashier & Horst before and we will use them again. I highly recommend them.

The first person to come out to look at the old furnace after our basement flooded was pretty much moaning over what he had to do and was very unprofessional. We saw the owner at our house after deciding to get a new furnace over repairing the old one. He was great. The 2 that came out and installed the new unit were great and went the extra mile. I was able to pay at their office after a weekend instead of having to do so immediately that Friday, which was great. The person who was at the office and helped me with my payment was also very good.

Superb service. This company is very reliable. Adam and Logan were knowledgeable, hardworking, polite, prompt, and kept work area tidy for the 3 days they were here. Cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend. Thank you for addressing our a/c and humidifier issues.

From the salersperson to the guys doing the install, I was impressed with Overcashier & Horst. They just finished installing a new 2 stage furnace and 2-stage AC. They took 1/5 days to install everything and did a great job. Everyone was polite, professional, and answered any questions that I had. They put down floor coverings to protect the carpet and cleaned up everything when they were done. I love the equipment they installed but this review is focused on the quality of the employees and how they performed. I would highly recommend them.

Edit to answer owner : I am NOT a first time customer ( Overcashier installed my heat pump, so if this is how they treat a customer like me, imagine how they will treat you. ) and I was going to schedule all of my properties to be worked on. You do not just accept or “Schedule” 3 days ahead then end up not sending anyone, nor could they even guarantee it the day after. On a different note, owner just basically said if you are an old customer, you’ll maybe be taken care of, but if you’re new you’re on your own even if it’s an emergency. ( I asked for emergency scheduling and was willing to pay more but they declined. )

Scheduled to get a non Cooling AC ( Freezing lines. ) to get fixed. They scheduled 3 days in advance but on the day of, they never called or showed up.

Asked to see if they can fix it on the 4th day/next day early in the morning and was informed that it could not be done but they said they will "Try".

Being left with inside temperatures at over 80F and they won't even do an emergency call. Highly do not recommend if you need any quick fixes.

WE had our AC replaced August 1st during one of our hottest time of the year . Brady was our sales rep. and he explained everything to me . Matt was in charge of scheduling the install and he had us set for the next week as our current AC was not keeping up with the demand. We were leaving for vacation that week so the next day after we got back home they came out and installed the new AC unit. Nick and Austin were the installers and did an excellent job . They installed a new thermostat with a censor for the upstairs bedrooms and we have never had the upstairs feel so comfortable and cool . I highly recommend Overcasher and Horst you won't be sorry . We've had Overchashier & Horst out twice, first for a new AC unit and recently for a new hot water heater. They responded quickly and explained the options we had clearly and concisely (didn't feel like we were being upsold on anything) and the workmanship is very good. Will definitely use them again!

Overcashier & Horst came recommended to us when earlier this year when our a/c wouldn't turn on. We called and they were able to get us scheduled quickly and Devon had it fixed and running again shortly. He was professional, informative, and the price was very reasonable.

We called them again last week, when our furnace wouldn't turn on. Devon came out again that same day and temporarily fixed it while we waited on parts. Parts came in sooner than expected, and John came out and was able to fully fix the furnace. They are so honest and hard working to help you. They go out of their way to really do what they can. I cannot thank them enough and I will be sharing the recommendation for them as well. They are very fairly priced and the work is top notch.

We will be using them for regulars yearly maintenance on our units.

Overcashier & Horst had been servicing my 29 year old AC unit for a few years and advised me it wouldn’t make it another Summer. Not at all pushy but I would have waited until it failed in this past heat wave had they not been proactive calling me in March and getting some AC options in front of me. Their Salesman Brady went thru the options with detail and we picked the best unit for our home and budget. Got it in a few weeks before the heat wave and we are so thankful!! Even informed us of some Tax Credits we will take advantage of saving us quite a bit in net cost. Really appreciate their professional approach during installation also! The technicians called in advance to work around our schedule as best they could, vacuumed everyday (we had an attic install very difficult), and the work they did was top notch. Way better quality than it was before with duct work and drain pan. Made suggestions and improved the attic area before they left. Office paperwork was easy and handled professionally at their office by Christi (sp?). Very nice. I highly recommend.

I had a bad experience with them. I had a problem that my second floor has lower temp than first floor. I send msg on the website. Someone called me and left voice mail asking me to call their number and schedule an appointment for free estimate and possible solutions.
He came on time. He checked the furnace and identified the issue that the return line is very small and the filter size is incorrect without doing any calculations. I asked him if we need to adjust the dampers. He said we can do that after replacing the return line. That doesn’t make sense as it is better to start with easier cheaper solution before modifying. He said he will send a quote.
He asked me to pay $115. After he listen to the voice mail that it is free, he made some calls then he said you have to pay which I refused. He left and I never get a quote.
I did some calculations and I found the return line is sufficient and the filter size is the correct size based on furnace manufacturer. I adjusted the dampers till the issue got fixed without any modifications.

New installation of Daikin furnace and heat pump to replace 25 yr. old Trane system. Sales Rep Brady was extremely knowledgeable. He mapped every room in the house to determine load calculations and equipment recommendations. This was provided to us along with quotes for three system configurations.

Installation was completed in two days by Logan and assistant Zack . As stated by others, Logan was very knowledgable and professional. I was very impressed with their attention to detail.

With a name like Overcashier & Horst, I was half-expecting a law firm… but no, they’re just the coolest (literally) HVAC crew around. Fair prices, awesome service, and now my AC blows colder than my ex’s heart. Thanks for your help!

We've been customers since we moved here from VA, in 2009. Never had an experience that was less than perfect! Phone service personnel are friendly and professional, and very helpful. John's service is impeccable; he is on time, personable, & extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. We always ask for John, though we have had other service personnel, who have impressed us also. Have never thought about having another company do this service for us.

New install of furnace with heat pump and air conditioner. Sales Rep Brady was extremely knowledgeable. Came to the house a second time so that my husband could hear info first hand.

Install Tech Logan and his teammate were amazing....personable, polite and knowledgeable. Very respectful our property. Logan explained everything and was patient with my questions.

Overcashier & Horst installed a new Trane furnace and air conditioner for my mother at her home in Monroe, MI. The entire process was flawless from proposal through scheduling, installation and project closeout. The two installers were early each day, professional and completed the job in a workmanlike manner. Coordination and paperwork from the office was timely and accurate. Sales person was Brady very informative when you call i would ask for him great person to deal with. The installer's were Nick and Jake they did a stellar job i will continue too use them for our service's. They installed a furnace and A.C. unit and some duct work in 2 days the furnace they installed and had running same day they also provided space heater while they worked so your not cold your not gonna find another company like them

They are a wonderful company to deal with, I use them for all of our HVAC needs. Everyone has been wonderful as far as communication and the service they provide.

Logan and Zach just installed a new furnace and heat pump/AC; they were friendly and professional, and their work was very neat and thorough.

Brady was outstanding doing an analysis of what was needed for our house and getting everything scheduled. Even went the extra mile and made sure our AC survived until installation day. Logan and Zach did the install of everything and were very polite and professional. Everything looks and works great. Highly recommend.

We cannot say enough good things about this company, the people and the product. From our initial contact with Brady to the final installation with Aaron and Dave everyone was wonderful. And now the heat and air in our home is very even and comfortable. Actually, there are 3 homes on our block that have the same type of system from this company, and all are very happy.
