Professional and dependable service! Glass City Pools recommends Fickwood!!

We spend a lot of time in the basement during the fall and winter and decided it was time to get a bathroom installed. Fickwood Plumbing came highly recommended to us so we called them. They did not disappoint. We called on Friday and we received a free estimate that same day. They started that Monday and we are so happy with our new full bathroom. It’s Thursday and they are done. Excellent work and excellent customer care. We highly recommend
these guys !!

Outstanding service and knowledge. The man was quickly able to get our antique sink’s faucets back in as new condition. You will not be disappointed if you call Fickwood Plumbing.

Great experience! From calling and scheduling to having the service performed everyone there was fantastic! Can’t recommend highly enough

I've had Fickwood out on two separate occasions, and the services provided were exceptional both times. The most recent time the root issue was outside of their scope of services, but the technician recommended two companies that would be able to assist, which was appreciated. I would highly recommend Fickwood without hesitation if you are in need of plumbing services.

Exceptional service. They go the extra mile to make sure your problem is resolved. Sonya is a great introduction to Fickwood. She is very professional and efficient and yes, you can feel her smiling while you talk to her. Pat and Dakota came out today to resolve a water leak. Those guys were great, experienced, efficient, respectful and friendly. Never hesitate to call them for you plumbing needs.

Recommend 100%! The lovely lady who made the appointment was a joy to talk to. The plumber, Lucas, was one of the nicest people I ever met. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and honest.

Lucas and his colleague were absolutely wonderful. They fixed 3 plumbing problems for us today. They were neat, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

From the quoting phase to the install work, this was the best contractor experience anyone could ask for. Jake and Lucas were masters of the craft and did exceptional work in a difficult environment. I am so happy with everything. I will only call Fickwood for my future plumbing needs.

Fair pricing, solid work, and great people. Will be using them for any work in the future.

Fickwood came quickly out on a freezing day to fix my frozen drain under the kitchen sink. The crawl space was 22 in high. Spent quite a long time in that cold cramped space replacing a 4-ft section and the water line. Advised me I had a hole in the foundation which created the issue. The charge was more than fair. I have nothing but praise for the work Fickwood did and would highly recommend them.

Nathan & Ben installed a gas line for our new gas stove. They were very friendly and did a great job! All of the people we dealt with at Fickwood were awesome. Excellent communiciation. I highly recommend Fickwood.

I’ve worked with Fickwood to have a water powered backup sump pump installed and a new water heater installed. Both times the company had great communication, were on time, and had very friendly and professional staff. The installations looked very nice and the pricing is competitive. This is a great company, highly recommended!

We had low water flow in our primary bathroom shower and had tried having it resolved from other companies. I heard about Fickwood from a friend for this particular problem. Jake came on time and fixed the issue in a matter of a couple hours. The cost was very reasonable. He explained everything and was very friendly and professional. I would hire Fickwood for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Jake!

Excellent service for my toilet repair a couple weeks ago! The service man Nate came right after I called and got the Great job done.

We have used Fickwood Plumbing in the past for small plumbing issues and have always had a great experience. Recently, we had to have our water heater replaced and they once again provided excellent service. Everyone on their staff, from the office to the owner to the plumbers is efficient, well trained and courteous. They show up on time, communicate well and clean up the mess with minimal disruption. Definitely recommend!

Fickwood Plumbing is awesome! Called about our water heater that reached the end of its life and they were out the next day installing a new one. The service guys, Noah and Luke, explained what they did, how to maintain the new unit, and how we can improve our water pressure. Very informative, quick service, great price with no pressured sales. Highly recommend!

Terrific service. Came out and assessed my fireplace copper pipe that had a leak. They showed up on time, fixed the problem and in and out in just a short time. Will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs from now on!

Great experience from booking over the phone to Nate coming out and doing the work. Very professional and affordable. Will for sure be recommending Fickwood to others!

Great experience both with the wonderful service rep that answered our call for help, and Ryan the person who performed our repair. Quick, efficient and fairly priced. They helped us out of a dire situation. Highly recommended!

Incredible work performed by Brandon, Jalen and team. Nothing I would be able to do myself. It required precision and experience. All was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Thanks!
