Our furnace was having trouble at the start of winter. The company sent out Ian whom showed up the same day (after normal work hours), to come check out our furnace. He proceeded to identify the problem, called the supply house and had the part shipped next day. Ian came back the next morning installed the new part and had our heat back up and running that morning. I can not praise the company and Ian enough as the service was unmatched and the price was more than fair given the immediate response provided. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any HVAC work done in the Sylvania, Ohio area.

If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and professional HVAC company, this is it. My furnace broke on Wednesday, Ian was able to come in early Thursday morning and it was an absolute privilege to have him help. He kindly explained the issue, how to prevent it in the future, what caused it, and where the cost was coming from. He was thorough, patient, sweet with my pets that wouldn’t leave him alone, and incredibly professional. When he came back in to fix the issue, he was prompt, timely, and got my furnace back up and running swiftly. It can be hard to find a company you can trust for something as expensive as HVAC, but I felt fully taken care of and prioritized as a customer but also a homeowner. i had no questions on cost or any other issues as he made sure to double triple check I was comfortable and had no questions.
