Jesse and Rubin did a great job cleaning the filthy heat ducts in our rental house. They worked quickly and effectively and were careful to explain things clearly to me. I truly appreciate their good work.

Dylan and Christian replaced my furnace, air, and hot water tank. Their job was clean and well done. The two were very friendly and if I had a question they had no problem explaining it to me.

Our heat when out after the furnace started making some weird noises. I called Rick’s Affordable Heating and they had a valiant technician out the same day. After some tinkering, our wizard tech Ian — who has two animals and one wife, as per his bio — solved the problem: bad motor blower. They ordered part and early the next morning they installed it in a jiffy. Affordable, prompt, efficacious, indefatigable! Those are words I would use to describe my service with this company.

We are very pleased with the a/c unit. The workmen were professional and very informative. We have been satisfied customers for over 20 years.

Very good at coming out when needed desperately. Last year our ac went out and my wife has MS and could not handle the heat. This year I just got out of shoulder surgery and they worked me in. Thank you!!

we had emergency service on christmas eve and Denton got us up and running in minutes. He was friendly knowledgeable and did a quick fix.

Overcashier and Horst's service technicians were not only knowledgeable but extremely courteous. They cleaned everything up once they were complete with the project and it looked as though they were never there. I would hire them again.

Very happy with prompt, courteous service. Previously had them install a water heater when local company said there wasn't enough room for them to install one. I highly recommend this company!

Our old furnace couldn't keep up when the outside temperature fell below 10°. Overcashier & Horst installed a new furnace last year. Last night it was -13° (windchill -35°) and our house was WARM!! Thank you!

Geothermal HVAC system was blowing lukewarm air and it’s July 4th and 90 degrees out. Took a week to get an appointment, but was efficient and not too costly.

The response time on the return call for an immediate issue on my furnace was unbelievable and so professional they knew my system, helped me through it on the phone without a service call. They are great I will always look toward them for my AC and heating needs.

I've had them out 3 times in 2 years. Same issue is still going on. This year, they claimed hosing off some debris from my condenser would fix the leak in my basement, $200 later no fix. Called back and all they did was recommend better condenser unit for a lot of money. My condenser has been in place for 6 years without issues, why would replacing it fix the leak in my basement? These guys suck and I wouldn't recommend them! Call anyone else!

    My Heat went out.
With in a day I had the owner in my house to discuss the different options.
Next morning I had a fully professional team install a new heater and return vent and filter!
    Very satisfied customer.

I appreciate when a business provides service at fair price. There is no way a induced assembly should cost $908. Ripping off a single woman??? Lesson learned.

We were very pleased with the professional quality of work, affordable prices, and prompt communication provided by Overcashier & Horst staff. The multi-zone ducted mini-split was certainly the best choice. Thank you to Brady and your team of experts.

These people took advantage of my parents, I come into town to visit my folks and their 3 year old system can barely keep their house at 82 degrees. These crooks installed a 16k system, 3 mini splits upstairs and an underpowered conventional unit for the rest of the house. The Fujitsu mini splits that overcashier recommended and installed have never cooled as well as they should (can't cool below 80 on a 86 degree day.) The outside units have always been loud and clunky) They have called and complained over the last 3 years numerous times and had overcashier and horst come out to check it. Techs always say it's fine. Well 3 years later the outside conventional unit has died and the company wont cover everything to replace it even though it's a whole 3 years old.

Our 20 year old AC recently stopped working. We are a PCSA customer, so a tech came out the next day and determined it's time to replace the unit. Brady Grefe was quick to give us a quote, and after we ordered, he patched our current unit (free of charge) so it will run until our new one comes in. Brady has been fantastic to work with!

Randy and DJ just installed my new heating and A/C unit and did an excellent job. Very professional and you can tell they take pride in their work. This is the third time in 30 years that I've used them for new units (different houses) and I'd highly recommend them.

Randy along with Austin installed my new furnace and ac. They did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that I had. It took 1 1/2 days because of the weather. Almost had everything done the 1st day though.

Overcashier replaced both my son's and our HVAC this summer. Great at providing options, installing our systems and follow up. The summer was cool and the winter has been warm. They install Trane equipment which is great quality.

I attempted to install a smart thermostat in a new home - something I've done before with no problems. I was not so lucky this time. The wires going to the thermostat were too short and in the process of trying to get them to work with the new thermostat, a fuse was blown, leaving me with no heat overnight. I'm new to the area so I started calling HVAC companies for help. Overcashier & Horst was the company who was most willing to help on such a short notice. They did tell me they had a full schedule but would squeeze me in. The tech was here about half an hour, quickly identifying and solving the problem. They won my business for future annual tune-ups and HVAC repairs.
