They've done several jobs in my old and current home from installing ceiling fans and running new electrical, to putting in bathroom exhaust fans where none previously existed. Pricing can't be beat for the quality of work they provide. Always prompt and professional and will stay until it's done right. I called this company to get an estimate and they were supposed to arrive at my house on a Wednesday. I received a text message asking what I needed done even though I had already told the person when I called in what needed done. I reiterated what I needed And he said hold on by text. He comes back through text giving me an estimate of $1600 even though nobody’s even come to my house he starts telling me all the things that have to be replaced when I’m only needing a electric meter box that is what I was told I was needed by Ohio Edison . Everything else was completely perfect so I asked him how can you give an estimate when you haven’t even been to the house he said his boss looked it up on Google maps. And had a view of my house. I called the company a couple days later to speak to the owner and left a voicemail explaining the situation and asking for her to call me no call back not only was it unprofessional not only was it four times my highest estimate I’m completely dumbfounded.
