Fantastic staff! Gorgeous, healthy plants. I had already been to another Petitti's location and bought out their arborvitae. I called this location and John was so helpful and friendly about ordering more arborvitae for me. I'm so glad I found this location. When I went to this store to pick up my arbs, I met the fantastic staff: friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgable. Customers were greeted by name, like a Cheers bar, but for gardeners. I look forward to returning here soon.

Christmas update. I was disappointed to see that they have 50% off ornaments all over the place including right on top of things that are not on sale. So if you're going for Christmas items double-check if it's on sale. In my case I was looking at some owls the entire display was not what they would consider ornaments but did have the 50% off buy one get one.

Best plants I've purchased from any local store. They are hearty, long lasting and produce a lot of fruit and/or flowers. Petitti Gardens always offers a wide variety of plants and garden supplies.
    Update:
I especially like the new garden statues this season. With so many reasonably priced to choose from I'll need to build a couple more flower beds to put them.
    Con:
I'm not sure about other locations, the Tallmadge location doesn't have a lot of cactus and succulents. With only big home and garden stores or online shops as the only other places to purchase succulents and cacti locally, I was really hoping that Petitti's would have had much more since the expansion.
Nonetheless, Petitti Garden Centers is the one stop shop for all your gardening needs.

I spent almost $100 on plants here. One week later and half of them are dead because of issues caused by this business. Most of the ones I brought home had pests that they passed to the other plants I already had and several had root rot. I am an experienced plant owner and I researched the care of each species thoroughly before even purchasing them to ensure I could properly care for them. These plants should not be dead within a week of being out of the nursery. Not to mention the issues I had with the workers there. No one was willing to answer the questions I did have, and the place was a complete mess. I understand there is going to be dirt and water, but I could barely maneuver the aisles with how much stuff the employees had decided to leave out and in the way.

Love Petittis Garden Center! It was my first time there yesterday. When you walk in the door it’s like a gardeners dream the set up of all the plants and displays. It’s very aesthetically pleasing, and for a garden center everything was so well kept and clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Even in the middle of a pandemic they were upbeat and joyful. This is definitely now one of my favorite places to shop. Only thing missing is a coffee shop. Lol. I’ll definitely be back. Oh and the prices are great too!

Great place with a huge selection for that green thumb. They almost always have what I am looking for. They seem to stay pretty well stocked. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are unbeatable.

I found 2 nice herbs and pots for them and a pot for spider plant in the house wish I had bought 2 of them one for another house plant. But I really wanted plants for my fairy garden but they don't carry any thing like that. The first young lady who tried to help didn't understand what kind of plants go in a fairy garden generally no taller than 4" she was trying to show me plants that were 10" to 15" tall there were also lots of other things I was looking for that they didn't carry. I'm happy to have the things I found but really disappointed that there were no plants for my fairy garden. The lady that told me they didn't have any plants small enough for a fairy garden said other garden center did carry but didn't suggest any of them to me.

I love gardening and when we moved to the area I was worried about finding a good grower. This place has everything, amd after getting house plants, flowers, vegetables and herbs, I'm hard pressed to go anywhere else. Staff is helpful and kind, the selection is amazing and the herbs I bough are growing better than anything I've ever had. I will reccomend this place to absolutely everyone and I'm excited to go back again and again. Great job, all!

The redo is beautiful. My grand daughter and I had a wonderful time browsing through all the beautiful things. A great place to hit for mothers day shopping for sure, so many choices. Quite a few early spring flowers to choice from. They've got it all folks

This place always has such a nice selection of plants!! I can’t wait until spring, so we can come back buy more plants for our flower beds and garden. I’m also excited to see all the changes you’ve made with the remodel.

I have been to this Petiti’s twice before, and was happy with the indoor plants, however I don’t find their prices very reasonable. I received a gift card for my birthday and saved it for buying summer annuals for my containers. I wish I knew what I was doing when I bought these plants bc EVERY SINGLE ONE was rotting less than a week after I brought them home, most I hadn’t even planted yet (I bought multiple flats, 6 veggies, and 6 quart annuals, and 2 4” annuals as well as some supplies. So not a cheap trip!) by the time I learned what was happening it was past the store’s 2 week return policy on annuals so I am stuck with them. Most have rotted and died, a few had some kind of fungal infection going on. I have consulted a few professionals and they have assured me I couldn’t have caused these issues within a week. Or even 2 weeks really. Like I said I’ve learned a lot now, so I went back just to look around- this store has some serious issues with caring for their plants. They are all crammed within an inch of their lives with barely any air circulation, over watered, poor hygiene practices, and I saw so many with aphids all over them. If I’m buying something this expensive from a store with a reputation like Petiti’s I expect HIGH QUALITY PLANTS! Not ones that rot out in a few weeks. I can get better quality plants at Marc’s!! I expected so much better from Petiti’s! Long story short folks, don’t buy your annuals here unless you want overwatered, rotten plants that have never seen proper air circulation & are full of old dead leaves that are growing mold on them. No wonder mine were rotten! This was one big expensive lesson that ruined my gardening year.

Breathing easier with their indoor plants. Great prices. Very helpful and knowledgeable rep walked around with us and described the characteristics of every plant we were considering as good indoor plants for winter air quality. They wrapped them up for safe transport with care.

Awesome lawn decor. Very beautiful plants. A little on the pricey side, but way worth it. You won’t find these nice of plants or decor anywhere else.

I went to the Petitte’s last year in N Canton and spent over $600 on annuals. Since I moved I went to the one yesterday on Tallmadge Rd. What a disappointment. The store looked good but they had very little proven winners plants. I wanted several in particular that N Canton has hundreds of last year and they had none of them. Doubt if I’ll go back to that location. The selection was too limited. Nice shrub section but the staff thought I was nuts when I asked for pink bubblegum petunias from proven winners.. they may have had a handful of baskets…

A little over priced but great selection.
