My wife and I were very happy with the cleaning. We are requesting that we have these two ladies for future cleaning.

Every time they came to clean my house there was an issue. Mostly with the flooring that were tile or wood that wasn't clean. I would reach out and they would come back another day to reclean. Which is fine but an inconvenience. All while being told about the QC person who comes to the job at the beginning rather than at the end to make sure it was done properly. Prior to the last cleaning, I called to talk to Nick the owner who quoted the job. I was told i couldn't speak with him and he quoted the job to cheap and that is why it hasn't been done right as the employees are rushing. WOW!
And TCA would need to raise the price to properly clean my house. Caveat is.... the last cleaning lady was the same price as TCA.

They always do a good job. I love that they have a schedule that rotates focus areas. I first thought that, that may take away from the other rooms but it doesn't. They are consistent and do a good job.

I can't begin to explain how many cleaning services I've been through until I found The Cleaning Authority! There are really no words to explain how good they clean my home! I would recommend them to everyone! Once you hire them you'll never have anyone else clean your home! Nothing is ever to much for them and they are all so kind! Every time they come to clean my home it's cleaner then clean!

Very impressed with our first cleaning. We have well water and have both an iron filter and a water softner because of the iron in the water. Both my wife and I cant believe how clean our bathrooms are now. Looking forward to the intital clean B sesson.
