He comes when he says he will come. He takes pictures of the yard before and after and then I send payment, He follows the list of "to dos" that I send him perfectly and I am always satisfied with the results. I have been working with Bill, the owner, for many years now. He's the best!

I had a particularly messy pond this Spring and they were meticulous in thoroughly cleaning it and putting it in good order. Great service, expert people with a strong work ethic. I highly recommend them!

I hired Aquatic Frog to do our winter snow removal and salting at our office building for the 2024/2025 winter season. So far they have done an exemplary job! Very responsive if I ever need to contact them. They have kept my lot exceptionally clear and they even hand-shovel and salt the walks with sidewalk safe salt. I couldn't ask for more! Great personal service!

Bill and his team at Aquatic Frog did an amazing job transforming our 23-year-old pond. They were creative in the new construction and handled any obstacles that came up during the project. I liked that Bill provided the initial quote and review and was also the lead throughout the build onsite. I will also be using them for my pond chemicals and future maintenance! Great company. The owner is very responsive, communicative and overall, a great person. He provided us with some tips and tricks on how to take care of our pond. Having purchased the house with a pond and having no knowledge on how to take care of it, the company was very helpful assisting us with all the questions we had. Additionally, they cleaned our pond, straightened out our bio-falls. Highly suggest.

Frustrating experience. Based on their recommendation, they installed some equipment for the waterfall part of my pond that was completely unnecessary. The overcharge was more than $300 including parts and labor. I ended up paying someone else to remove their work, do it correctly, and throw away the unnecessary stuff that they installed. When I called them, they admitted the work was not needed, but said that since I already paid them, there was nothing they would do about it because they already have my money and “never give refunds”. It felt like they ripped me off because I trusted their word. I will never use them again and would not recommend others use their services.
