All of the installers were great! They did a great job! My steps, carpet, and new ceiling under the stairs are all perfect. The demolition crew allowed us to throw away some extra things and the gentleman that replaced the ceiling went above and beyond. Andy was always one call away when I needed clarification. I even called after hours and Andy always answers, I was expecting to leave a voicemail but he was always ready and willing to answer my questions. I would like to just name the people that I feel came and went above and beyond to help me from the demolition crew, the carpenters, to the installers, Eric and George, Rich and Tori, Little George, Dawson, and Big George, of course Andy was great and I can't forget Ben, Ben was my saving grace. I would recommend Trident to anyone that just needs a peace of mind. I am very satisfied with the work that was done! Please thank everyone on my behalf for helping me in the midst of this pandemic. We had some serious water intrusion in our basement recently. I called three well known remediation -restoration companies for estimates. One wouldn't give a written estimate for the remediation, another gave me a hand written estimate and Trident presented me with a detailed 20+ page Statement of Work with pricing - that was the lowest of the three. Workers were here when that said they'd be here. The drywall work was exceptional and the final cleaning crew were the best. We made the right choice with Trident!

I can't begin to say enough about how good this company is. They were in constant communication with me, kept me abreast of what was going on and the next steps they were taking after two trucks collided and one was thrown into my front porch and completely demolished it. They came in the middle of the night to shore up my posts to eliminate any further damage till they could begin the process of completely reconstructing it. They used quality materials and answered all questions I had and worked with me on everything. I give them a #10 rating where 10 is the very best. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Trident Restoration quickly responded to a late night sewage backup with efficiency and professionalism. After mitigating the worst of the damage they were with my family and I every step of the way towards restoring our full, finished basement to exactly how it was before the backup. Trident Restoration was diligent in making sure their workers were flexible with my family's busy schedule and they communicated clearly on what steps were needed to complete the work. I cannot say enough good things about Trident Restoration. Not only were they so incredibly fast (and this was during the holiday mind you) and extremely responsive, they came in and got the process started immediately drying and removing all water and debris. Mason and Josh could not have been easier to work with and had the house dried out within days. They both came multiple times to check on the progress and went above and beyond to assure all areas were dried and prepped to be fixed. When disasters and emergencies happen it is so stressful and overwhelming and they went above and beyond to make the process easy, manageable, and as stress free as possible. I couldn’t recommend them more for any of your restoration needs.

Trident did a demolition and remodel of our kitchen. What I liked best is it was a complete turnkey operation. They handled everything to our specification, and what minor issues did arise, they made sure they were corrected. It was also nice that they stayed true to the original estimate. Eric runs a very professional operation, and I would not hesitate to use Trident again.

From start to finish everyone involved took good care of us from the clean up to the restoration! Unreal how water can cause so much damage. Kelsey, Hunter I called on at the start it was with Kelsey for the clean up and the content, Hunter took care of the restoration side, just like any project you have a few hick ups with material due to supply chain issues, once everything was in things got moving. Hunter kept me informed of progress throughout, any questions I had I would call him. They took great care of us, any questions or concerns were handled quickly. Thank you all at Trident Restoration, it's great to be able to use my kitchen and basement again! I would definitely use this company again in the future!

We had flooded basement. The estimate from Robert listed everything needed to be done and the cost. Kelsey at the office was very friendly, helpful and efficient. David, Jake and Katelynn came to our house on time. David explained the procedures and answered all my questions in details. They worked hard and did wonderful job with their professional equipment. We are completely satisfied with the service that Trident provided.

We had water backup from heavy rains and it was mixed with sewer water. It was ankle deep. We needed to cleanup fast because of the health hazard. I looked online and found Trident Restoration and they came and gave an estimate that same evening! The young gentleman who gave the estimate was very professional and informative. They started work soon after that and were very pleasant and did a thorough job of removing water, sanitizing, cutting out and removing the carpet and pad, removing 2 feet of all drywall and steam cleaning the entire basement. They worked tirelessly to get the job done. Savannah, the Construction Coordinator was very helpful and kept us informed as to when the guys would be coming for the next phase of the restoration. She was also pleasant and answered all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Our architect sensed our hesitation when my wife and I met with him 28 years ago, for us a one-time effort to define our dream home. He questioned how we found him, noted that we were unfamiliar with him and with what was involved. In short, our choice of his services would be an arbitrary risk. Then he said not to worry, he was indeed a good architect and that we would be happy with our home. We are--still.

Our home like many others during February weather received freeze damage, and we are now again grateful that those services you may use only once have been performed with professionalism and understanding. The Trident Restoration team continually coordinated with us throughout as they worked to extract water, remove all damaged materials, and fully dehumidify our home. Our original cabinetry was removed intact, easing our return to normal. Hats off and hearts out to them for answering the call. I recommend them without hesitation.

Angello and his crew did an EXCELLENT job at restoring my house to make it a modern day home. The work performed was very professional and thorough. I was so pleased with the outcome and now view my homes transformation as a Blessing in disguise. I am so happy with the outcome. From beginning to the end they walked me through step by step and my meeting with the design person was extremely helpful as well. Twice, Trident has responded to us for a basement flood 4 years ago and again due to a fireplace miss-hap on October 31st. The response, professionalism, and leaving the house looking better than before. You honestly cannot go wrong with Trident.

This team of people were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Literally with-in minutes after speaking with my insurance adjuster I was receiving phone calls from Tridents interior contents team, and their lead estimator to get together the next day for a walk through. They were very positive, caring, and compassionate. Not just here to do the job and go to the next one. These people took the time to go over everything prior to start working. The following day after the meeting, a team member came out and photographed everything in the structure. They use a program that puts the whole house’s layout in a platform you can literally zoom in and see everything as if you were right there in the house. Machines were set up to remove toxins in the air and clean up the atmosphere to not only help remove the smoke smell but to make it safe to breathe the air. After that a whole team came in and literally cleaned everything in the house, documenting any items that had to be discarded and went over those lists with us. The came the actual crew that really did the dirty work. Removed the drywall, insulation ect. They took care as to not only being careful not to cause any more damage but to actually clean up what they worked on prior to the days end.
The contractors that followed along for the electrical, drywall and the painters were fantastic as well. I honestly couldn’t of asked for a better company to take care of our home as the team from Trident. I would recommend them to any one and not worry about a negative comment about them what so ever.

We had a water leak in our kitchen due to the ice maker line. We called Trident right away. We are first time home owners and were quite worried about the next steps and how we get our house back.

From the moment they showed up, Josh, Miles and Mason were phenomenal. They were EXTREMELY responsive, answering our texts within minutes, offering detailed advice (including about the information required for our insurance company) in a way that made it clear that we are in the hands of a professional team. As Josh put it, it was not a fun situation to be in but one that they knew how to navigate through expertly.

The team did everything: opening up the kitchen floor (thankfully the water didn't really leave the kitchen area), removing cabinets, our island and the dry wall, drying the subfloor, mold inspection (thankfully there was no mold or damage!). They were timely, very thorough, and "by the book".

The eventual restoration of our kitchen took some more time (and Joe's team did a hard but thorough job and we came away happy with our restored kitchen) but we came away absolutely impressed by the mitigation team at Trident. You would do well to call Josh, Miles or Mason at Trident if you ever land yourself in the unfortunate situation where you need their services.

We used Trident to repair some ceiling damage we had to the drywall. George showed up and did a great job! He was professional, informative, and took the time to talk with us about the work. Would definitely recommend and will utilize them in the future!

Had a severely water damaged ceiling. Trident came in and gave a fair estimate and did outstanding work. In 3 days they had the entire area repaired. During construction, the team was considerate of work from home conditions, and took outstanding care of our belongings during repair. Also touched up and re-painted all impacted areas, frankly the room looks better than when we moved in. They are booked out fairly far, but once they agree on a date they show up on time and get your work done when they say. I can't recommended these guys more, probably the best experience I've had as a homeowner with a repair company.

The Team at Trident responded to a dryer fire at our Akron Laundromat. Despite thick smoke and a small (contained) fire we had heavy smoke odor and some debris to contend with…it was awful. The Trident Team (too many to name) literally responded within minutes to my calls for help. They deployed a fantastic (courteous, professional, energetic) team to put air scrubbers and purifiers in place, wiped down and treated every surface in our facility. The improvement was immediate. The quality was outstanding. They worked independently and proactively provide status updates. They assisted with removing the dryer that had sustained irreparable fire and smoke damage and kept my business alive in a very difficult situation. Pricing was very very (2x) fair and straightforward - in a time of crisis price is the last thing on your mind.

Words can not describe how professional and accommodating the Trident Restoration organization was. I had a fire on Memorial Day evening and they were there within hours. They worked endless hours first, cleaning, and then remodeling. They were open and available to call 24 hours. They were reachable and were total advocates for the customer. From working with the insurance company to the city, to inspectors to contractors...they handled everything, kept me informed and always guaranteed quality service and quality construction. They were a God send during a time when I was stuck trying to figure out how I was going to get my home back. They called weeks after they completed the job to follow up and even provided me with additional information and resources. Their staff traveled an hour both ways daily, were on time, helpful, working nonstop. Effective, Efficient, EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! INTEGRITY!

Our overall experience with Trident Restoration was very good. The workmanship of their subcontractors was exceptional and we are very happy with how our kitchen, living / dining room and entrance hallway came out, include new flooring, cabinet and countertops, and painting. Specifically, company leadership (VP - Ops and VP - Sales) visited our house when the contract was awarded by our homeowner's insurance, USAA. Having USAA approve them for the work is already a good start in our mind. We were immediately contacted by Dominic Weimer, the Estimator, and built a great relationship with him throughout the entire process, which lasted 6 months. He was very responsive and detailed in his reporting to us and contact with USAA. The project did take longer than we expected and attribute that to an opportunity for communication improvement by the Project Manager, John, and the Material Specialist, Jess. The subcontractors arrived many different days unannounced and in some cases needed to wait for other pre-requisite subcontractor work. We went days between contacting Jess and hearing back on material availability and without managing our expectations, also went weeks with no activity and no shared plan by John. We also needed to have the final invoice corrected for items that John should have known not to charge, had he visited our home and the job site more than 20 minutes at the start of the project. In the end, the job went well, but sharing with us what to expect would have made it go smoother in our perspective.

5 / 5. Did a full replacement of my roof. The crew was extremely professional and clean. Did not find one nail on the ground when they were done. Dave was great on explaining the estimate and answering all my wife's "visual" questions.

The expert teams from Trident Restoration completed our job in a very timely fashion. All the workers who came into our home treated us with respectful and were very dedicated to their work.
Hunter kindly texted and called me when I had concerns. He handled all our problems with speed and accuracy.
