I’d give zero if I could. I filed a claim with my insurance and was sent over to trident. After a while of no contact about my claim I reached out. I was told they’d get back to me once they spoke to my insurance . They never reached back out to me. I’ve tried reaching out for a few weeks with no luck. Come to find out they cancelled my claim due to my lack of communication. Unbelievable!!! Such disregard. Unacceptable and not professional in the least.

Trident was recommended to me when a tree fell in my house. They came out within 30 mins and had the tree removed and all the temporary repairs completed within a few hours! They also cleaned the interior where the tree came through and provided laundry services.

I worked primarily with Justin who was my adjuster and came up with an estimate to have everything fixed and more. He not only kept in constant contact with my insurance company (which was a nightmare due my insurance dragging) he also kept me updated with everything along the way. Stellar customer service and would recommend this company to anyone!!! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Trident is an amazing company! The team was always so nice and professional. We loved working with them to rebuild our home after a devastating fire took out our house. Their team worked with us to design a whole new living space and they worked hard to make everything beautiful. They were always honest and trustworthy and communication was very good. We always got our questions answered and we were always listened to when we had concerns. There is no need to shop around! This is the company you want to work with. Even the owner stopped by to see how things were coming along and he was involved with communication with us. Anyone with restoration needs should call this company. Our family is thankful for Trident!

The Trident Restoration Team, a fantastic team of professionals who put me at ease in what has been a stressful situation. High winds caused the neighbor’s tree to land and take out my garage and a corner on the house (a branch came through the wall, took out the corner of the house to include the roof). All of the team members, from Ben who came out first to take a look, take pictures, do the estimate and unfortunately had to deal with my insurance company, Angello with his professionalism, communication, and reassurance. Ronnie and his fantastic team that rebuilt the garage and took on the exterior of the house (no easy feat), Big John and AJ on the electrical, George on the interior, and the gentlemen who installed the gutters. All of this was done with skill, in the unbearable heat that we experienced, and the patience to answer my questions. Thank you, you took a frustrating, intimidating situation and turned it around. I am grateful.

EDIT: There was a manufacturing defect with our shower that caused some minor damage. Angelo and his team came out to assess it and fixed it promptly. The plumber and the carpenter were friendly and professional! All is well and I cannot thank Trident enough!

We had a bathroom fire that smoked out most of our house and also caused flooding in the kitchen and basement. It was an awful experience for us and we had no idea where to even start.

Trident literally took care of everything. The quality of work is fantastic and the house is back to being a home. Angelo, Kelsey, Dave, and the rest did such an amazing job. It feels so good and I cannot express how grateful I am for the immense amount of work that they put into this project. Thank you!

Trident did a beautiful job on restoring our home after the fire. The electricians John and A J did a fantastic job on the new wiring and lighting. Angelo fought for us with insurance company to get things back to what we had. Their crew did a great job.😀

Wow! I have never worked with a company with such a fast turn around. Everyone we worked with during the process was friendly and professional. The old roof was removed and the new roof was installed in one day! They were careful in protecting our plants and property. The clean up was thorough not leaving anything behind. Dave was very helpful and took care of us like we were family. Thank you for everything!

Trident was great to work with, responded quickly, arrived on time when they said they would. They brought the right amount of people and equipment needed to get the job done which goes a long way in my book. Pricing was more than fair for the work they conducted on a Saturday. I would use their services again if needed and highly recommend them for anyone in need of their services.

We used Trident restoration to mitigate damaged caused by a refrigerator that flooded our kitchen and to restore the kitchen. The mitigation team was great, they were on time, efficient and very polite. Thanks to Junior for his attention to detail. The help of their design team was incredibly helpful. The restoration team that followed everyone did an amazing job of repairing our kitchen. My wife and decided that since the house was already tore up that we would have the restoration team re-do all of our flooring so that it all matched and would not have any transitions between rooms. Bill, Gary and Jacob did an amazing job. George who painted our kitchen did a great job as well, I’m still impressed he was able to cut-in the rooms w/out any taping. Hunter was very responsive and did a great job as a project manager. Justin who handled all of our measurements and quoting was also key to this project being done in a timely and cost-effective manner. I highly recommend Trident and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

We have had Trident Restoration out to our home on several occasions. Whether it was to get my wife out of the house when the garage froze or to completely renovate our bathroom, deck and floors. Trident provided excellent work and prompt service. A number I highly recommend putting in your phone and calling for all home needs and emergencies.

We experienced a very small house fire but the main issue was our concern for smoke damage due to our asthmatic daughter. Trident was so supportive of our concerns and educated us on all our options/the process. Our first interaction was with Kelsey coming to evaluate the damage, she is a RAY of light. Her and my daughters laughed and passed notes and she took so much time to answer all of our questions. Then we had the pleasure of working with Jess and Mel. These girls were literal angels. Not only were they proficient but they went above and beyond. Each day we’d get home we’d always comment at how well “the girls” did! They were so friendly, informative, and caring. They both genuinely seemed to love what they do and take pride in it. We didn’t meet any of the pack out crew as we were at work but that process was seamless as well! No matter who is in the house we always come home to it better than we left it, which is shocking with the snow and mud! Every interaction with this company and its employees so far has exceeded expectations. They have removed all of our stress and made our concerns for our daughter feel validated. I will never stop recommending them.

The Team at Trident reponded promptly to a mini-flooding/water damage at my Mews on Butler unit. They deployed a fantastic team to inspect for the root cause of the water damage and put in place immediate measures to remove the water and reduce the collateral damage caused by the water.

The Team at Trident went above and beyond to draft a detailed and professional plan for repair and reconstruction, and the team made adjustment to the plan based on my input and wishes. One of the important thing I had in mind is to prevent similar water damage from happening in the future again. The Team at Trident proposed to replace all the toilet supply lines in my house with more robust and higher quality ones. Please see the images attached. What I appreciate the most is that the Team at Trident kept me updated with with images and intermediate reports, and accomodated to my pop-up requests, and answered to my questions promptly.

The work done from water removal to reapir and reconstruction took around 2 weeks. The quality of the work done is exceptional. I feel lucky to come across their company online while panically searching for help with the water damage. I will reach out to them again for my next repair/remodeling project.

This team was INCREDIBLE! When we came home to a fully flooded kitchen, living room, and basement, they were here within an hour of our initial contact. They stayed until 1am making sure we had all the equipment we needed. For the next 4 days, they were here each morning, making sure we were on our way to having a fully dry house. The team was amazing, not only at their job, but at taking care of us. Each day they asked how we were doing, because they genuinely cared about what we were going through. I would highly recommend them. They were the silver lining in a very rough week.

I waited a year after I had the work done so I could actually tell the quality of the work done. Me and trident had a crazy go around. I had a small kitchen fire. Due to the smoke damage basically every room in my house had to be touched. I had water go through the floor to my basement from the fire department and as I had very nice bamboo hardwood flooring it all had to be replaced.
When trident first started our job they were very patient and attentive to our job as time went on however there were many days and weeks that would go by without any work being done. We were displaced out of my house and living in a hotel for 5 almost 6 months by the time trident "finished" the job. I say finished because when I got back to my house I found out that trident had taken my dehumidifier in my basement as a result I came back to rusty tools all in my workshop that would need to be replaced, but hey maybe I should have checked on my shop more and bought an new dehumidifier. What I could not excise was the trash left all over the house. There were tools, old trim, paint buckets left in the middle of the floor, mold growing in my basement(never had a mold issue before this), ALL of my belongings left in boxes stacked up to the ceiling in one room, my water line for my refrigerator wasn't turned on, there was an obvious seem in the counter tops, Trident neglected to tell me that because of the layout of the kitchen I would be limited on what type of refrigerator I could buy, this resulted in my freezer door hitting the trip before it can fully open as there was not enough if a gap left for a refrigerator to open that way. About 3 months after I moved back in I noticed my new bamboo floors that were installed by them are all separating and coming apart. Trident only sent 1 elderly man to do the floors the gaps looked large against the walls but I trusted that they sent a professional that knew more than me to install the floors I was clearly wrong. They got paint on a brand new work bench. Originally I was assured by the staff this would be taken care of, but as I began to notice fewer people coming to my house and less and less work being done I began to realize that Trident had moved on to another job before mine was complete. The painting work was shotty ay best and I had a whole closet not painted when I brought it up to the project manager I was told "they didn't say anything about closets, we were just told the rooms needed to be painted". There was a whole door left in my back yard when I called about this I was assured someone would be by to pick it up, no one ever came. I am still cleaning up the mess to this day as I would have had to rent an industrial dumpster to throw away all the trash. I could afford to do that nor do I have the help needed so I've had to add things to the trash and burn what leftover wood that I could. To Trident's credit everything I delta directly with the owner things were fixed. The staff consistently gave me the run around or shook responsibility evem management. There wasn't so much as a broom ran around my basement and to top everything off the project manager wanted me to pay an extra 1k for work that I specifically asked not be done as I had plumbing that needed to be replaced. The people at Trident are not bad people but they are negligent at best. Almost 60k later and my house is worse than it was before the fire and I have to hire someone to fix my floors now that insurance was supposed to pay for now it comes out of my pocket because of trident. If your like me and you have no idea what contractor to go with I couldn't in good conscience recommend Trident after the service I received.

Update:
I received a call from the Owner of Trident and he was ver apologetic. He offered to personally come out the same day and look at the floor to get it all fixed up. Ounce we got a date scheduled around some traveling I had to do Trident had 3 guys come out and tear up the whole floor and relay it.

Trident responded to our restoration in a timely manner. They assisted in dealing with our insurance claim and were willing to make some upgrades that we requested. The upgrades were very reasonably priced.

The workers were very skilled and professional. Drywall, flooring, painting paneling and wall paper look wonderful! While a renovation was not in our immediate plans, the water damage was a blessing in disguise! I love my new living areas!

Trident is a top of the line company that went above and beyond to make sure everything about our remodel was done up to our liking. Shoutout to our estimator Ben for always being available for all the questions we had from start to finish. He was available any time of day, including the weekend to make sure our project was done perfectly. These guys really are 24/7. Not only that, but you can tell how much knowledge and expertise they bring to the table. From Ben to our project manager Andy, the ideas they had for us to bring our dream basement to reality was much appreciated. They even have a program that lets you see your design come to life before they even start on the project! It is a very nice tool that helps make decisions easier, thank you Jessica for all your ideas and helping us come up with our design.

I cannot state enough about how responsive they were. We had an unrelated minor plumbing incident occur after hours during the project, and they had a guy out there within an hour and a half to get everything cleaned up and fixed for us. It’s a nice peace of mind knowing they can help with anything. All of this doesn’t even bring into account the quality of work they provide, which is fantastic! We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and have gotten so many compliments from our friends and family. Of course, they all want to know who did it because they are just blown away by how it looks! Thank you to all the contractors and the entire crew that came in and helped (so many to name), you really brought our ideas to life. For anyone looking to upgrade your home, look no further. A professional company that provides everything you could think of. We will definitely be reaching back out in the future. Thank you guys again for everything!

I would leave negative stars if I could! This is also my second time leaving a review as they made me take down the first one! Me and my fiance had our house restored by this company after a fire. Firstly, they were responsible for taking our belongings to clean and return back to us. They took all of our jewelry including priceless pieces that were cherished and passed down through family, and we only received 8 back. They took multiple security items and only returned one camera and a pin pad. I have tried contacting them multiple times to see what happened or if they accidentally threw the stuff away… I at the very least wanted an explanation, and if there was a mistake of some kind I would have been very understanding. I talked to the project manager, the lady whose “team” was responsible for taking our belongings and the owner about this situation. First, the lady I talked to changed her story every time I spoke with her. She first told me that they didn’t take care of certain missing items, that a different person had them, the story then changed to her telling me that someone came into our house while they were working on it and took the missing items, and that my fiance approved of it. Which is not true! Only me and my fiance were involved and we did not have someone get things from our house, there was a situation when my fiance told her he went to collect other unrelated items when she asked about things being moved around. The only other thing she referred to was when my fiancé let an old housemate come to the house to see his old room as that’s where the fire started. No one else within our knowledge was in our house and my fiancés previous housemate is very trustworthy and did not take anything other than pictures of the room. After confronting her about this she then told me a different women knew what happened, and when I asked to speak with this other person or to hear what her story was I got excuse after excuse that they were never in the office, or had just left before I called, which is fine but I still wanted an explanation. We are very distraught about this entire situation. I have made reports to bigger channels including a police report about the situation, which has been approved and I am waiting on any updates. I highly suggest anyone who’s had a similar experience to speak up! We deeply regret going through this company.

Our family experienced a fire. Part of our home was destroyed and we couldn’t live in our home it was really sad and scary. I was surprised how fast Trident Restoration restored our home. I hired Trident Restoration to finish remodeling my basement bathroom. They did an excellent job and they were done in a couple of weeks. This is all during a terrible storm that hit our area that I'm sure kept them extra busy. They were professional and showed up every day. The communication was great.
