Greg did a good job as our project manager. Moises did a good job as the crew supervisor. They were professional and answered all questions. The crew arrived on time, worked well together and cleaned up after. The total job was completed in less time than estimated.

The work was done in a timely fashion and so far no issues. I was hoping for some senior prices. The contacts where very friendly and knowledgeable. With replacing a roof time will tell the quality of the job.

Well, that was a long two months to wait to get a job done and then only to have them remove it and redo it because they did a really bad job. Not only that but when they came the second time to do it “ correctly” it only turned out just as bad as the first time they did it. I even told them that I would be having an inspector come again to make sure that it was done properly. Unfortunately, it was about the same as the first time they did it. Not only that, but they did damage to my home. They leave me no choice but to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I’m wondering with all these people they gave them five stars. If they actually looked at the work that was done from the ground. It looked pretty good but it’s definitely totally not functional the leaves are already and getting inside because of the gaps in the mesh half of the screws aren’t even screwed and they’re just placed there and the damage to my home at least they could have repaired it. They just left it wide-open.

We had all new siding and gutters installed. Our salesman was great, very knowledgeable. The crew leader Megan was the best, she took care of us and her crew like a professional. Megan explained everything to us and was there to answer any questions we had.

I haven’t pulled the trigger yet but they will be my first call. I worked with Tyler. He saved my specs. He was excellent , not pushy, not the typical salesmen. I feel very comfortable making Integrity (especially Tyler) my first and only call when we are ready for new doors. Product, service, everything is top notch.

Brett and his crew where very respectful. They came in and did an amazing job. Once they got the shingles off they realized that all the wood needed replaced. They got all the wood replaced and finished the roof in amazing time. I am very grateful to have had such an amazing crew working on my home. Thank you all very much. I really love my new roof. It looks great and they made sure to clean everything and took special care making sure they had all the nails out of the yard for my dog. From the very beginning with Mike who told me about a problem with my roof that no one else that had looked at it told me about through the end everyone was very helpful. Could not have had a better team helping me.

Brett and his crew of roofers and Megan and her crew of siding installers were excellent. All were hard working and knowledgeable, and all concerns or questions we had were addressed. We’re very happy that we went with Integrity for our home repairs and improvements.

Integrity was great from first visit to planning, and project completion. Good communication in explaining and on any adjustments that came up. On site was messy, but that comes with a roof job, and clean up was great. If you have a lot of landscaping or outdoor items around the house be sure to move away what you can, they were then respectful to what couldn't. Definitely recommend!

Integrity has given absolutely the best customer service with our recent roof repair and new gutter installation. From the first phone calls, their communication and updates, and fantastic crews, they are a pleasure to help us. The house looks beautiful and we are relieved to have this done with winter coming. Gregory Scheiderer and his team were excellent. I had a couple of questions before the job, he responded quickly and said it wasn't a problem.
The guys got to work, covered my grass to gather all the debris. When I got home, my yard was clean and everything was in the dumpster.
During the final walk through Greg answerd other questions I had like the flashing, and the vent over my bathroom. He was very chill. I am very happy and satisfied with my new roof. I want to thank Integrity for a job well done. Greg mentioned that they also do sidding. I will definitely call them for that.

The initial meeting with Joshua was professional and informative. The details he provided helped us greatly. On time and direct. Didn't mind our questions. Korey, who oversaw the roofing project, had a team of professional people who completed the overall roof replacement and did an excellent job. I like they were straight business right down to the clean up. Korey kept me and my wife informed which alleviated any concerns. It's nice to have a local person to reach out to.

Sales process easy and informative. Quick turnaround, quick install, left it cleaner than it started. Had some upgrades installed for more thorough ventilation than the house originally had. One super minor issue found on final inspection, taken care of right away. On top of that, the fully transferable warranty was a major plus for me.

Hard working roofers and very kind. Willing to meet accommodations. Some things could not be met due to it voiding the lifetime warranty. That's understandable. Bret was a super pleasant project manager as well as the entire team beginning to end. I felt he was an understandable person that was willing to do anything in his power to help us. What a great company! I can’t wait to have the work started. So professional but human. Jeff did a great job working with me and didn’t give me the high pressure sales pitch I’ve listened to 3 times already . I’ll add photos when me three seasons room is glassed in. I can’t wait!!

Tyler Bock came out to give us an estimate on three projects; 3 doors, gutters, and vinyl siding. He spent 2 hours here and was very pleasant. He provided us with a reasonable quote, with numerous discounts. He had so much knowledge, we learned a lot. His customer service was impeccable.
