Constraction reviews in Toledo, Ohio

Had an issue some time after my job was completed. Seagate came back out, got my issued resolved in a very timely, efficient, and professional manner. Highly recommend their services.

Our basement slowly started to leak around it's foundation. After waiting too long reached out to Seagate. After inspection and explaining the process we had our basement waterproofed. What a fantastic and beautiful finished product.
The team worked like I've never seen.
They finished in less than 5 days for us.
The management team made several visits after the work was completed to make sure we were satisfied with the project.
We are and I smile everytime everytime I head downstairs!
THANK YOU SEAGATE!

Seagate roofing did a great job replacing the roof on the front half of our house. Even with all of the obstacles (delays due to weather, back ordered supplies, smaller crews, etc.), they still got everything done as quickly as they could. They were very straight forward about the quoted cost & timing. We haven't had any issues with our roof since, and we are considering having them replace the back half of the house in the spring.

The contractor and his employees were professional and did nice work on our roofing, siding and trim. They were quick to correct any concerns we had. I'd highly Seagate Roofing!

One of your trucks just flew past driving about 80 in a 60 construction zone weaving in and out of traffic. Peddle to the floor at the light on Miami St while getting on 75 too. I couldn't catch up to take picture. Please drive more safely especially while driving a billboard and being the face of your company!

Seagate did a great job with my roof repair. My roof was actively leaking and they made it a priority to get my repair completed as soon as possible. The roof repair specialists were professional and even inspected the health of my entire roof. They took pictures and showed me what they were doing and even showed me some problem areas to look out for in the future. Overall a great experience, I will definitely be using Seagate for my future roofing needs!

I had a new Gutter and covers put on my garage. The installation crew was great. Keith Sortor seemed like a good guy. I paid a little over half of estimate for the job on Nov. 6, 2024. On Nov. 11, I called the office and the girl said I don't think your job has been sent upstairs yet, to be scheduled, but they will call you when the job is given a date to be done. I would expect the process to be faster. I think to schedule a job and call the customer as to when the job will or might be done should take no longer than 7 business days. So I waited and waited and called the office on Nov. 26. She said that I will call Keith to see what was happening. I was called back the next day and he said he was sorry but he was under the weather lately. But that he would be out to do the job on Monday the 1st of Dec. I think it was too slow, just to get the job upstairs, and for upstairs to call and ask me if the date they have open to do the job fits my schedule. I fault getting the job upstairs and upstairs for not scheduling fast enough, especially when you pay half upfront. But the gutter looks great and the workers were excellent. Scheduling system not so much. Sincerely Yours, Scott Droz

Seagate roofing did an excellent job replacing our siding. Larry and Cameron were extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of our job. They were so accommodating with questions we had and if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you Seagate for doing a great job.

Long overdue review, Seagate has done a fantastic job on numerous occasions in waterproofing. Tom and the Seagate team were very knowledgeable and fair and did a fantastic job. I could not recommend them enough.

My roof is beautiful. Seagate did a wonderful job, kept my yard clean, protected foundation plantings, arrived on time and worked until the job was complete. Very professional and personable. I recommend highly.

I was very pleased with the work Seagate did with waterproofing my basement and installing a new sump pump. Steve explained the proceedure and the crew was on time, polite, hard working, with great clean up. I would recommend them!

Seagate workers were very courteous and on time. They did quality work and cleaned up around work area many times. We feel that their High Standard of Professionalism is well deserved.

Seagate did a great job quoting, and performing the exterior water proofing.

Seagate Roofing and Foundation is the company I go to for my maintenance needs. Keith Sorter, Tom Wagner and Bobbie and Shana have been very responsive to my calls for help. Their estimates are clear and understandable. Their workman show up on time, and do a complete job start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone it needs Roofing or Foundation help. John Yates.

DO NOT EVER USE THESE GUYS TO EVEN PATCH A PIECE OF YOUR LAWN.

These guys may be the worst roofing company in the history of mankind.
If I could leave zero or negative stars I would.

They put what they said was the Cadillac of commercial roofs on a building of mine and it has leaked every year in the winter for the last 10 years and ruined my drywall in the apartments underneath.

Even better, I have attempted to get them to come out and fix it no less than 4-5 times every year and it’s always like pulling teeth. This year , the service guy just will not accept or answer calls from my maintenance man.

They refused to pay for any of the drywall repairs and basically do anything that they can to not have to do the actual repairs. Then to top it off, the repairs they did last year amounted to dumping a few buckets of roof cement over a 12 x 12 area where they thought it was leaking. Anyone who knows ANYTHING about commercial roofs will tell you this is the last way you want to fix a flat roof because eventually, that cement reacts with the roofing membrane and eats it away. in the end, you- meaning me- are left with an even bigger problem.

If they were the last roofers left in Toledo I still would not use them. What a joke!

We had gutter helmets and siding work done by Seagate. Could not have been happier with the entire experience. Everyone we dealt with at this company were very professional and all went above and beyond to see the project thru. Highly recommend

Following last year's severe storm at Point Place that resulted in significant damages to our roof and siding, our neighbor recommended Seagate Roofing as our best choice to have repairs completed. We were provided contact information for Seagate representative Steve Naylor who quickly assessed the damages and provided an estimate which very closely corresponded to our insurance adjuster's assessment thus expediting the claim process. All crews sent by Seagate to replace roofing, siding, and gutters did their jobs quickly and professionally while actively addressing any and all of our concerns. End result was a job well done which exceeded my best expectations in regards to quality of workmanship, materials, and customer service. Thank You Seagate!

Had a great experience with Seagate repairing a leak in my mom's basement. Price was competitive. Work was performed by a very professional, experienced and hard working crew. Communication was great through the entire process. The VP (Steve Naylor) and the General Foreman (Kenny) came out multiple times to make sure everything was going as planned and to make sure we were satisfied with the progress and work. Couldn't be happier we selected Seagate for this work. We would highly recommend them.

Just had our roof done and couldn't be happier with the end result. Recommended them to my father and now he is getting a new roof and gutters. Great company!

Best basement repair in NW Ohio! Steve gave a fair estimate, his crew was amazing. Hard working; very professional and knowledgeable. Finished product was great. They cleaned up and left everything perfect!

I live out in point place and I've been having roofing problems and gutter problems since the tornado, Seagate roofing went above and beyond to solve my issues!!!! Would highly recommend!
