Seagate did our roof, siding and gutters after our house was hit by the tornado in June of 2023. We were very impressed with the whole process from the initial meeting , the estimate, the workmanship , attention to detail. Everyone involved was very professional. We would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Seagate has been excellent. First, They gave me a fair quote on the crawlsoace water abatement. Next, The team of men doing the work have been processional, polite, and ready to answer any questions I’ve had. These men have been prompt each day, consistent in their work and have worked well as a team. There is good communication between them and also with my husband and I. The work is exactly as stated in the contract, I highly recommend this company .

I had Seagate come out to inspect the roof on a property I was considering purchasing during my inspection period. The house had a new roof and the detached garage had a roof that was aged at about 15-20 years. I wanted both inspected, as even new roofs can have unforeseen issues and I wanted to have them review the quality of the work that was previously done. Steve at Seagate was prompt and responsive when setting up the appointment with me, and Keith - who ultimately completed the inspection - was early and very informative during the appointment.
I asked a lot of questions, and Keith helped me better understand some of the smaller issues that would need correcting on the new roof, and what would need addressing in the future on the older garage roof.
He also gave me rough estimates for the repairs and eventual replacement on the older roof so I could factor that into my estimated future costs of home ownership which eased my mind quite a bit.

We decided it was time for repairs because our old chimney had cracked bricks and began to leak when it rained a lot. The employees were cordial and forthright about what needed to be fixed. They added waterproofing, rebuilt the damaged area, and ensured that everything was secure once more. There is a discernible difference, and we can now use the fireplace without worrying about issues.

Our roof is still raining water and they stopped responding to us with regards to fixing their mistakes. Horrible company to work with.

Last winter/spring, we had Brett Scott and his company, BEST Re-construction, do an extensive remodel of our newly purchased home. They did a great job. Brett often didn’t return phone calls sometimes taking a week or more to reply. But the crew always got the job done.

That summer, we decided to renovate our backyard. On July 31, 2018, we received a bid via email from Brett Scott of BEST Re-construction. He proposed to start the work within 2 weeks. We decided to go with BEST Re-construction, mainly because we’d had a good experience with them. This was in August of last year.

Brett later said the crew was needed on another job and it was too hot to work outside. He said they’d be back in September to finish our job. September came and went, then October came and they worked on the project for a day or two, then told us it was too cold to continue with the project ~ it would have to wait for spring.

We’re still waiting. It’s been almost a year.

We paid BEST Re-construction for the work completed so far, then Brett asked us for an additional $3,000 to purchase the pavers.

WE HAVEN’T SEEN ANYONE from BEST Re-construction SINCE. We’ve called repeatedly and no one returns our calls. Now we have an awful mess in our backyard and no end in sight.

We also called the Professional Remodelers Organization, where we originally found BEST Re-construction’s name. We explained the situation and they also tried to contact Brett Scott but were unable to reach anyone associated with the company.

I’m extremely happy with the chimney inspection and cleaning. Aaron showed before-and-after photos and explained everything clearly. The service was detailed, and the results were excellent. My fireplace now works perfectly.

We had an excellent experience from LOVE Chimney Inspection & Repair Services of Toledo, OHIO! Jack made sure we fully understand the safety and do's and don't with our fireplace and spent extra time inspecting and explaining what work needed done. Great job guys!

Leaf Maxx did an excellent job on our roof this past summer. The tile color they recommended looks great with our paint color. Crew was professional and efficient and did a great job with cleanup. Will definitely be referring to them for any future needs!!

Leaf Maxx Home Solutions was a pleasure to have tear off and replace our roof. They were fast and professional. I had a couple of other contractors that I had hired prior to Leaf Maxx Home Solutions which was the biggest mistake I have ever made. They made my roof leak worse and both stole thousands. Ty and his crew were wonderful! Roof installation was completed on time and at a very reasonable rate. I would definitely call them again.

I had an excellent experience with Leaf Maxx. They replaced my roof in 2024 and did a fantastic job—not only installing the new beautiful roof, but also repairing damaged boards and even washing my house and mailbox, which really showed their attention to detail and care for the property. They also charged less than the other companies that provided me quotes at the time.

Recently, after some strong winds, a fascia board was blown off (as shown in the picture). The first person I thought to contact was the same technician who helped with my roof replacement, and he responded very quickly. He came out on Monday to inspect the damage and also carefully checked the rest of the roof for any other wind-related issues (fortunately, there were none).

Just two days later, on Wednesday, the team returned and repaired the fascia. Even more impressive, they did not charge me for this service.

Their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity really stand out. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their work like this. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

My roof started leaking after one of those heavy storms we have had this year. I called Ty Crawford and he promptly set up a time to look. He gave me an estimate to patch it explaining how the wood below had rotted and would need replaced. He also gave me an estimate to replace my roof which was over 25 years old. Having trees all around I asked about the gutter guards. He explained everything thoroughly without pressure. The job was done in one day. I could tell I was dealing with a person who stood behind his word. I thought his price was very reasonable. I can rest assured that my roof will outlast me and I am grateful not to have to climb on the roof to clean out leaf debris. I would recommend him and his team to anyone wanting a reasonable, guaranteed, quality job done.
