Shane’s crew did a great job of removal of the old deck and construction of the new one. I will tell you they are one of the FEW in the Toledo area that you can find to do a big deck. I did much research before hiring them. Very pleased.

Crosscut decks recently put in a deck around part of our above ground pool. It looks amazing and the service was tremendous as well. I highly recommend.

Great company! Owner Shane is honest, friendly and an overall great guy to work with. He came by our home and that same day drew up a quick sketch of our future deck. Shane listened to what we wanted an used his knowledge and expertise to give us our beautiful deck. In fact he exceeded our expectations, the deck is FANTASTIC! We have a large (mini dancefloor) deck that does not take over the backyard. We are outside everyday enjoying our beautiful deck. Thank you again Shane and team

Just had Crosscut Decks tear down and rebuild the wood deck at the house. Shane and his crew were excellent. Paid extremely close attention to every detail of the project. The quality of the deck they built could not have been better, from the materials used to the workmanship they demonstrated. Very friendly and cooperative crew. Highly recommend them.

Had an old deck that wasn't functional and reached out to Crosscut Decks for an estimate. After talking with Shane onsite, hearing his ideas, and his no BS approach, I selected them to replace our deck and I don't regret it. I appreciated Shane's straight forwardness, and now that the deck is done, all I can say is wow! They knocked it out of the park! My new deck is now usable and looks amazing. Their crew is professional and friendly. They made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Love our new deck, and now I look forward to sitting outside. Just had crosscut put in a deck for my above ground pool. Shane, Tony and crew got me on the schedule fast and had it finished in 2 days. They built it exactly as I had asked and at a great price. The workers from Buck Brothers arrived on time. The crew chief did an excellent job answering my questions regarding the service and how to go about dealing with other repair/maintenance issues with my large blacktop driveway. They did a very good job edging the driveway, repairing cracks that were appropriate for specific sealing, and performing the overall driveway coating. They completed the job efficiently and thoroughly.

Buck Brothers did a great job on our driveway! We are very happy with the result.

The scheduling process was easy and the people I worked with on that were pleasant and respectful. The driveway looks nice; huge improvement from what it was.
I do have a couple visible dips that collect water and had to follow-up 2x to get a response on that. Also, the team could have been tidier and cleaned up after themselves better (water hoses not put back how they found them, clumps of asphalt stuck to my garage floor, several burn spots in surrounding grass...but maybe that's the nature of the beast)

Fabulous company. They spent their time cleaning up the driveway and the lawn. Did a great job filling cracks and left my property looking better than ever.

They were hired to do our company parking lot, Buckeye Northwest Realty, and it turned out amazing. I worked with Jacob from day 1 back in the fall and his communication was great since then. The rain we got delayed things a bit but that's expected. Spoke with a handful of the crew while they were at our office and all of them had a great attitude, nothing but nice things to say about Buck Brothers Company and Jacob. Really happy with the way it turned out!

I could have given 5 because the drive looks nice. A few things hold me back. 1. Price was too high. If i knew i was paying for an average job i would have done it myself. 2. Cosmetics. 4 conversations about areas i didn't want coating on. All of them had some coating on them. 3. Schedule was terrible. Buck Brothers wants a contract but then it takes months to get enough houses to send a crew. Everything is very one sided and after you agree to the contract it is as if we don’t have a choice in who we hire. The drive looks nice but i think I can do better.

Buck Bros did a great job sealing our driveway! We appreciated the professional, written estimate detailing what was to be included in the job. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they can’t give you any timeline as to when they will be out to complete the job. You just get put on the list and they will call a day or two before when they know they'll be in your neighborhood.

I placed a deposit on a driveway extension in March 2024, and got the job completed in October 2024, so a bit of a long wait. I told Buck Brothers I needed at least 24hr notice so I could move my camper (in 4 separate phone calls), but they ended up trying to give me no notice so I had to tell them not to come. I moved the camper and then the job got delayed a week which meant storing the camper at my inlaws for 2 weeks instead of 1. The actual work was great and the job was done really well. They were able to accommodate some last minute changes as well. The Only other downside was one of the stress relief cuts doesn't go all the way to the edge of the slab? All the others do but that one. Overall happy, just wasn't super satisfied with the timing overall.

Edit (11/22/2024): Buck Brothers reached out and set a plan to finish the remaining stress cut. Both the guy who did the job and the office called to make it right even though it's late into the season. I appreciated how fast they reached out and how fast it was resolved. For that I updated the review from 4 to 5 stars.

Early this Spring, I received a text from Buck Brothers reminding me the season is almost upon us and it would be a good time to schedule my driveway to be sealed.
I loved this as I often forget until they are well booked and I end up waiting. I was able to simply click "yes" and setup the appointment then and there.
Their office called within 2 days to setup a time. A couple months later, they called to remind me of the upcoming appointment.
I was pleased and made sure to have no cars in the drive. When I returned home that evening, I pulled up to what looked to be a brand new driveway!
