After I finally found it, I called while sitting in the parking lot and as if they were open to the public. I was told it depends on the public. I thought he was joking so I laughed and he hung up on me.

You will NOT find 2 people, in Tim and Michael, who care more about who they are working with; and what they do in any profession! Glass City Kitchen and Bath provides so much value to me. Tim and Mike are very knowledgeable in the industry and offer appropriate recommendations and solutions, they also design 3D renderings for you that are second to none.

If you choose this business ask for a designer other than Katie. We decided to go with Home Depot instead, so sad we got better service at a big box store

Beautiful showroom! We were able to schedule an appointment with a professional designer and actually see and touch countertops, cabinets, tile, etc. Love the overall process and how professional their kitchen designers are.

Contacted Mary in the office for help with a small repair with a kitchen cabinet drawer. Was told to email the owner and Joe the one who does repairs. Never got a response. We were thinking of doing a kitchen remodel but certainly would not use this company.

Kitchen Design Plus has a gorgeous showroom filled with concepts and ideas that sparked my creativity. The staff is extremely knowledgable, and I know that any project that I need to have done will exceed my expectations. This long standing family business is an absolute gem in Toledo and in the kitchen and bath world!
