So far service is wonderful. I was given all the information about everything that's going to be done. He then wrote a paper up with all the details and prices for each thing done.

Prompt with response and ethical. Although I have some branches that are dead that need to come down as soon as possible, they wouldn't do it due to needing to wait until after the first Frost to protect the oak trees in the area.

Dro ve through my yard cutting neighbors tree. Very rude and came and fluffed up rut with shovel, as soon as you walk on it you sink. Ridiculous, fix my yard!

When I called to request an estimate for tree trimming on behalf of my condo association, the woman who answered the phone responded, "What do you think needs trimming?" I assured her I knew the trees needed trimming. She then asked my name, failng to ask for its spelling. Instead, she said she couldn't hear me. When I spoke up, she retorted, When you speaker louder I have more trouble hearing you. Clearly I needed to spell my name. I asked if she worked for an answering service. She said no, the office. Usually when I've spoken to such a rude person, it's somebody's family member, girl friend or mistress. I called back 15 minutes later to cancel the request for an estimate. A man answered the phone. He actually sounded professionally!

I had a bad infestation of bagworms and we know that needs quick attention. I called Savory and was told they would be out in a day or 2 and leave an estimate. Well, that was 12 days ago and nothing. The funny thing is that the developer where I live uses Savory. So I called another company who came out that same day and after accepting the estimate, they were back the next day to spray. So I've crossed Savory off my list.

Savory did a great job of taking down some trees in my back yard. The team works really well together and they are efficient and neat!

Company is not professional all . Workers operate heavy machinery and trucks with little to no care. And the Owner is rude and has no respect for safety of others on the highway. Their truck almost killed me and my family on the expressway with a giant log that flew out of the unsecured truck and shot through my windshield almost killing the driver and causing serous accident on road. When business owner was notified of situation and did nothing but deny that his truck could have ejected a log out of the back and completely disregarded. We have camera footage of the truck and damage, and will be reported to police immediately. Hit and run ..Good luck

Very professional from the moment i called. I Set up a time & date for an estimate and it was a bit higher than most of the bids i got for the job bt this company has been around since 1951 & we all know that quality last so i decided what the hayyy lets do it & Savory’s responded with well get you on schedule & about 3 weeks later came n got the job done n billed me the following week. I would recommend Savorys for any tree or shrub work they are the TREE DOCTORS OF OUR AREA.

We had Savory Tree come out and trim our big maple tree. They did a wonderful job and a fantastic job cleaning up all of the debris. We would highly recommend this company for any tree service.

I called Savory Tree about my spruce trees, have several of them, they had been getting fewer and fewer needles and not looking healthy, This spring after about 18 months of treatments, these 40' trees look fantastic, healthy thick and beautiful
