Charlie came first thing this morning and did a phenomenal job. This was our first experience with Steam-ex and it won't be the last. The results were fantastic!

I own a business with very high foot traffic on the carpets. Blake did an amazing job cleaning them. Even with all the wear, he was able to make them look like new. Excellent customer service as well. I would recommend Steamex Eastern to anyone. Thank you Blake.

Cancels day of, or doesn’t even respond. If they even bother to call back they don’t leave a message. No Call, No show, even after was given a second chance. Something is fishy about them.
