My cleaner is absolutely amazing!!! Tonight I was able to come home and not have to worry about my household cleaning duties! After working 12 hours, I was able to come home, take a shower, and rest. I absolutely love her and I’m so so soooo thankful for her. She makes my work load so much lighter and I can breathe without anxiety. Thank you!

Maddy came to do a clean for a move out. I don't think I have ever seen anyone who enjoys the work more than she did. Excellent coverage, worked a 3bdr 2 1/2 bath home with finished basement. I will be very glad to recommend her to anyone who needs this service. I can't imagine what a regular clean with her capabilities would be like. Personable, knowledgeable, and hit all the small details. Thank you, Maddy. My realtor was impressed, too.

Today was my first appointment with Serenity Clean and I could not be more satisfied. Brandy arrived on time, was fully prepared, and left my whole home sparkling clean and smelling great! She did not waste any motions and did not miss any nooks or crannies. I whole heartedly recommend Serenity Clean and will continue to utilize their services.

Our cleaner Ana and us, came into a move-in disaster. She was very efficient, thorough, and kind. Taking care of all that needed to be done, at last minute, to prepare us for our moving company to bring things in. 10/10 would definitely recommend! I’m serious the value, is completely unheard of! Phenomenal price and great customer service!

Shane did an amazing job cleaning at my house today! He was super thorough and didn’t miss a thing. On top of that, he even brought in our garbage cans, which was such a nice extra touch. Really appreciated his hard work and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be having him back! Highly recommend!

Services provided were well beyond expectations. The team members were compassionate and really of my items were treated with care. Organized areas items were so thoughtfully placed. All surfaces from corner to corner immaculate. 10/10 highly recommend will be scheduling service again

I was expecting a woman and was surprised when I opened the door to a young man.
He did a very good job. Both bathrooms, one is ceramic tile and the kitchen floor.

The girl I had seemed like she was In a rush kept going to sit in her car and was getting frustrated when I complained about the clean that was so obviously still dirty I ordered a deep clean and wasn't that at all! I asked why she didnt clean the fan "because it was on" 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️Horrible professionalism on her part I don't think she ever gave me her name either. BOOOO

After I moved my mom out of her house, we were too exhausted to do a thorough cleaning of it to get it ready for the new family moving in. Shane spent many hours clearing away dust, cobwebs, and years of
Dirt that had built up in the nooks and crannies. We were very pleased with the job he did. He was really nice, too! I would definitely hire Serenity Clean again.

I've had this service twice now, and both times have met OR surpassed expectations. Heidi spent the better part of a day cleaning in areas that are usually missed, such as light fixtures. And Shane pulled out a lot of furniture and household items to get to hard-to-reach spaces. Will definitely return to them if I ever find myself needing cleaning services again. Well worth it.

Billie did a great job deep cleaning our home today and was very accommodating working around my work from home schedule. Highly recommend.

My experience was horrible and I would never use these services again. I tried to rate the service and saw that someone internal had already rated it and gave it 5 stars which was NOT me. I paid for the cleaning of 2 windows but neither were cleaned. There was clumps of hair every where on the carpet and the vacuuming was horrible. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Also when I got back home, the door was unlocked which is so dangerous. Someone should have called or texted me to be like how do you lock this, not just leave a home open.

Chelsea is amazing!!!! This is the 2nd resident she helped in our assisted living. She is patient, kind, respects the residents feeling and her work is outstanding. I would 100% recommend her.

I loved everything about the cleaning service with Heidi and Je’Nay. They were sweet and cleaned a million dishes for me and scrubbed out my tub and I live in a dormitory, and that says a lot. I can definitely tell that Heidi really wanted me to be satisfied and comfortable with her work so Thank You, You guys!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
