Samantha has done an amazing job cleaning my house. It smells wonderful and feels so fresh when she’s done. I love it!

I hired this cleaning service expecting a professional, thorough home cleaning, and unfortunately the results were extremely disappointing. The floors were still visibly dirty after the service, with dust, debris, and missed areas that should have been obvious during even a basic clean. Even more frustrating, the kitchen and bathroom counters appeared not to have been touched at all—there were clear marks, residue, and buildup left behind.

This was not a case of minor oversights; multiple core cleaning tasks were either rushed or completely skipped. For the price paid and the expectations set by a professional cleaning service, this level of work is unacceptable. I ultimately had to clean the home myself afterward, which defeats the entire purpose of hiring a service.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to be honest so others can make an informed decision. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable, detailed, or professional home cleaning.

Spectacular cleaning done by Ana, she went above and beyond and reorganized our office. She was committed to making sure every bit of dust or dirt was cleaned. I saw dust come out of places that I didn’t realize you could clean. ❤️❤️!!

Had a moving clean done 3/25 , the lady that did my moving clean did really well and was a hard worker.
Signed back up for winter blues cleaning to help around the house and she’s been kind, I’m not sure if she is new or feels shortened on her allowed time to clean but she does a good enough job.

I called this cleaning company in hopes to alleviate some stress. We were moving into a house that was vacant for a few years and needed to be deep cleaned. The house is 7100 ft.² and they knew this prior. Walls, baseboards, cabinets, blinds, and windows floors, bathrooms, bedrooms were all supposed to be deep cleaned.
I did the entire kitchen and all the cabinets so they did not have to do that and I did all the closets so they did not have to do that.
They came and literally did nothing. Nothing was deep cleaned whatsoever. There was still cob webs and dirt. They left without doing the first floor or checking with the area manager to see if everything was up to par.
The area manager sent another crew to come to re-clean. They didn’t even clean in the first place to re-clean. The one girl was trying really hard, but she was just dusting some things off not deep cleaning anything trying to play catch-up and missed a whole bunch. The other girl came the day before and still did nothing the second time she came. She feel extremely uncomfortable in my own house and gave me an attitude.
The other girl never showed up.
The area a manager knew what was going on and I was in constant contact with her.
I showed her pictures of things that were not cleaned in because of their lack of training and the lack of people this company sent this put us days behind moving because everything needed to be cleaned. This caused a lot of unwanted stress.

I would not suggest this company at all. These girls are not trained very well and they do not know how to clean. They were very unreliable.

I did give me 70% of my money back. I claimed the other 30% with my credit card company.

Our cleaner was reliable, professional, and very respectful of our home and schedule. The level of detail and care that she put into cleaning our home is truly impressive. Every room looked spotless, smelled fresh, and felt so organized when she was done. She didn't just do a quick surface clean—she took the time to get into the little details that make a big difference. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the young lady that came to the house today. I made an appointment at the last minute Tuesday afternoon because I found out that people were actually moving into the house that I was moving out of. Originally we were told that it was an investor who was going to flip it and we sold the house "as is" but it really needed a good wipe down, a good dusting, the floors needed mopped, Etc.
So I was in a bit of a panic because technically we have three floors and I have MS, so it was a lot for me to upkeep.
You guys were able to fit me into your schedule early this morning because I had to turn in my keys at 2:00 p.m. today. I was so thrilled.

Billie Jean was absolutely amazing. She showed up early and she was able to tackle the house. She was very professional and very thorough. I don't think my baseboards have been this clean in over a decade. 😅
The house looked SO GOOD after she was done. My Dad even said she did a great job. I would recommend her AND your company, hands down. I don't plan on moving again anytime soon but I will definitely be putting your company's name out there when anyone asks for a suggestion.

I was very happy with the job that Kamel and his crew did. Our basement had backed up from the City sewers. They came in and sprayed microbial solution, steamed it and left industrial fans for it to dry for 2 days. Very professional.

We did research to see if they can help clean up our Church but they said that they were fully booked.

NO call NO showed for a walk through quote that was scheduled a week out. If you run your service this way I don't see how you are dependable for a cleaning service.
