Poseidons Mermaid Cleaning Service did an awesome job. They showed up on time, were super professional, and left everything looking fresh and clean. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be using them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent and professional next door neighbor style cleaners. They deep clean, quick clean, and just regular clean. They make beds and wash dishes too. I really am not good at cleaning. I start and never finish. They keep my house in perfect condition. I have them come monthly. The price is extraordinarily fair. So good in fact that I worried I might get what I pay for... Not the case. The cleaning job is second to none. They are on time and always available within a week. I think that's it. Thank you!

In hindsight, I am finding areas where they must have used dirty rags and mop as the amount of filth being picked up is far more than normal. I also felt pressured to schedule Colleena for 3, five hours days and to write this review before she even left the house. She interrupted her own workflow and my time with my husband every 5 minutes with little clusters of pet hair she picked up saying "You need to schedule more time with me." I already paid $350 plus a 40 dollar tip for a 4 hour, 2 person clean and my home was almost dirtier than when they had arrived. They did not bring a commercial sweeper, but rather a common sweeper with the same pull as my own sweeper. Zach, their owner, called immediately after leaving inquiring why I could not schedule with them regularly and he would not leave me alone until I said "no" four separate times. This was a predatory and unethical experience and I will be warning every person I know to NEVER use this company.

Colleena was a godsend!! What a wonderful person and what a terrific worker. She literally transformed this apartment! It had been neglected for a year and half and it looks like it’s brand new! She’s thoughtful, helped us resolve a huge problem, and want to continue to have her assist us in the future. I really appreciate Zach arraigning for us to have her! We Tidy Toledo is the best!!!! We Tidy Toledo was able to schedule a move out clean with less than 24 hrs notice for my rental property. They communicated well and offered a great price. I shopped around and they were way less than a major competitor. Highly recommend!

Great attention to detail, very fast and friendly service. We had an initial full deep clean and now do biweekly upkeep cleanings. With three dogs in the house, this is the best decision we’ve ever made. Would highly recommend.
