The best American family owned business! Alan is the owner who works along side with his son whom installed a furnace in my home. They did a great job! They cleaned up after they were done. Alan was professional, down to earth, friendly, respectful and explained everything to me in great detail. I felt like I could trust him. He gave me a reasonable estimate. I had Premiere Heating & cooling come out and give estimate and they were nice but tried to sell me an air conditioning unit along with a furnace. Premiere told me my air conditioning unit wasn’t compatible to the furnace they were putting in, plus repair a duct that had a hole in it……10,000!! 😳Alan from Alaska Breeze Heating and Cooling told me that’s was not true. So I picked Alan @ Alaska Breeze Heating and Cooling company to do my furnace. Once done , I was pleased until I found out later from a friend. Usually when a company installs a furnace, you receive a new thermostat. I never received one. I called and spoke to Alan he said he didn’t give me one because mines was nicer than the one they had. First of all, your customer makes that decision not you, I’m the customer . I wasn’t even aware of that benefit when you purchase a furnace. Then I asked about the warranty per his installation via text. Alan told me if I have any issues to call the furnace company! I explained to him via text that I understand that pertaining to the parts & the furnace itself. But… what if there is something that goes wrong with the installation what type of warranty do I have? I did not get a response…. And still haven’t!
