M & M were recommended when I needed a new furnace. All staff were professional and friendly. Not only did I get a new furnace but also a new hot water tank, and added central air conditioning. The installation crew did and excellent job, explained what they were doing at the time, and all was completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this company, and if needed, would use again.

We had Shawn out this morning for yearly maintenance on our furnace. He was on-time, courteous and knowledgable. He made sure to let us know that now is the time to get on the schedule for the air conditioning maintenance. We will be requesting that he return in the spring to check the AC.

The service man Tim was very helpful in explaining the issues with my furnace and thinks I can do to take better care of it. He was polite and explain things carefully to me, I could recommend M & M to anyone Looking for a service company. Both a friend and Ace Appliance recommended them I am thrilled to find them.

Technician Emmanuel performed maintenance plan checkup on my a/c system. He presented himself in a very professional manner and work was completed as promised. Service like this makes me glad I chose M&M to install and maintain my HVAC system.

A family friend recommended we contact M & M as our furnace was acting up. The service and response was top notch. Jake and Tim were more than professional when they installed our new furnace. Oh don't forget the price we paid was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone based on the professionalism of the entire process from start to finish.

They installed a new furnace, AC and water tank all in one day 2 years ago. The technicians were very friendly and professional including clean up. They explained everything thoroughly and easy to understand. My electric bill has gone down so much that the new furnace has saved us close to $1,000. I would highly recommend using M & M for your needs.

If you are here reading reviews on companies just stop now, call M&M they will fix your issue and help you with whatever it is you need! Steve H. was amazing. He was very reassuring and explained how the entire process would work with everything in detail, something that is needed when its 9 degrees and your furnace is not working! M&M was at my house before the estimated time and the tech was very professional and solved my issue quickly so I didn't freeze. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

When my furnace decided to go out ( on the coldest day of the year) M&,M dispatched a tech to my home within 2 hours. The tech (Sean) quickly diagnosed the issue. Parts had to be ordered. Sean loaned me 2 spaced heaters and I had 4 of my own. Sean returned a few days later, installed the parts and the furnace has been operating dependably ever since. Sean went beyond , working late to restore the heat. Sean was courteous, no messes and did a great job. I will use M&M again.

Shawn did winter service on both my furnaces today. Great job. He’s very friendly and gave me an excellent overview of what his service call disclosed about the condition of my systems. Always satisfied with your company and your employees. Thanks

Shawn was my service technician. He was very friendly and courteous. This was my winter clean and check. Shawn was very thorough and did not rush to get the job done quickly, he wanted it to be running as it should be before he left.

These guys consistently knock it out of the park for me every time. I like that they are there for me 24/7, but I love that I never have to call them out - because my system is always working!

They are the only company I trust, because they take care of me and that all I ask for.

I am very pleased with the service. Great response time. Shawn done a great job and had our furnace up and running in no time. He took extra time to explain the problem to me and what he was doing to correct it. Great Customer Service!

Furnace kept shutting down. I called M&M and they came out asap. I was very pleased with the Technician, Rocky. He knew his business, was very professional, friendly, very detailed in checking everything that could be wrong, including my thermostat. Great work! Very pleased. Will use them in the Spring for air-conditioner & furnace check up.

M&M technicians have always been top knotch. Shawn was here for our annual furnace inspection and he was ontime and professional which means a lot to us in today's busy world. We haven't ever had an issue with any of the technicians M&M have sent in the past for our annual furnace or central air inspections. But Shawn is one of the best. Will continue to put our trust with our hear and cooling in M&M's hands!

I called about 8:10 am and explained my problem. I think it was Brandy, responded with please check your batteries in your thermostat. I love that because some companies would made a service call to change the batteries and I would of had a big bill. However batteries were not my issue; I called and I'm sorry another lady answered the phone and scheduled me beween 8-12pm. Maybe 20 minutes later she call and said I can have some one on their way in 20. I accepted the appointment, my technician was Shawn, I had on a mask and he asked if he needed one and told him I was not sick just didn't want to get sick. Shawn was meticulous with his work and followed safety precautions and problem solved. I just wish he would of left the book for my thermostat. Great company!!

Our old furnace recently quit on us, right before the first freeze. M&M was able to fit us in during their busy season and replaced our furnace just in time to keep us cozy. Answered all of our questions, kept us in the loop through the whole process, and went above and beyond installing our furnace on a weekend. Highly recommend!

I can not begin to say how happy I was with the Tech that came to our house today.I was almost beside myself.our unit stopped putting out cold air.and it was getting hot fast with 8 people and 2 animals this was not going to be good for anyone.i couldn't get anyone sooner than tomorrow Monday July 14th in the evening even under emergent circumstances,I couldn't get any closer than noon.i called your company up and you had someone here within 45 min.I seriously wanted to cry.He was an absolutely wonderful Tech explained everything as he went and I could not have been happier with the whole expirence, in a situation that could have been bad.I would give this Tech and the company 10 stars if there would have been that many available to check.Thank you again for such a wonderful outcome.

We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced. We got 3 bids. M & M was competitive on price with the others. I went with them because the salesman spent time explaining things to me, but was very low pressure. I also was impressed with the woman who answers the phone. When we first bought our house I noticed the M & M service sticker on the furnace so I called her and asked about the service history of the equipment. She took her time and ran through it all with me. That made me feel comfortable with M & M on the service end...and it's very important to me that the company who does the install can back it up with service down the road.

As far as the install, it went great. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. The install has been complete for a week now and everything is running great. The bill came in exactly as promised.

Highly recommend M & M. My 37 year old furnace finally gave up this winter and I was without heat. M & M was quick to diagnose the problem, was willing to speak to my home warranty provider on the phone, and were professional through the entire process of installing a new furnace. Their service tech, installers, sales team, and office staff were all friendly and helpful during the process. I worked with Adam who was very upfront during the quoting process and not at all pushy. He answered all my questions upfront and was very clear. The install team was incredibly quick. I had a new working furnace installed in less than a full day. They did a great job cleaning up my basement after install too - I can't recommend these guys enough!
