Dear M & M Heating and Cooling: I want to thank you for all the technicians I have had experience with this last year since purchasing my home. All of them have been courteous, providing me with great advise and have serviced the furnace, the old air conditioner and old water heater very well. Which means these technicians have bought me some time before I will need to replace this equipment. Today technician Shaun came out and did excellent work with the water heater and furnace. He advised me on some things that need to be updated down the road which I deeply appreciated. If you can, please give a 5 star rating for each technician that has serviced my home this past year and of course I will give Shaun a 5-star rating too! Thank you!

The technician was Shawn. I was very pleased with his service. He was knowledgeable and polite and thorough. He explained things in such a way that it was easy for me to understand and asked if I had any more questions. He explained things on the invoice really well. He had told me about it ahead of time, but I was very impressed with the details. I would gladly have him back to do any further service work. Nancy Dargart

I sincerely appreciate Shawn helping my elderly parents when their furnace went out. Mom was under home hospice care and Shawn was caring, helpful and understanding when they needed emergency service on the weekend. I highly recommend M & M! Don't hesitate to call them.

I had a very positive experience with my furnace clean and check in December 2023. Shawn came early in my 4-hour window. He was very personable, thorough and informative about my results. I was thrilled to hear that I can make it another winter. I believe in having my furnace and air conditioner checked regularly hoping to make them last as long as possible. I was having issues with my tankless water heater and called several places that were suggested by the manufacturer before finding M & M. I found the office support friendly and able to find an appointment quickly, even with the holiday. Both Shaun and Doug helped sort out the issues and got it back up and running as soon as the replacement part was delivered to my home. They were professional and personable. I would highly recommend them for any issues with HVAC.

Was scheduled a few days out for a technician to diagnose the issue with my furnace. The day before my appointment, I was called to see if my appointment could happen that day instead. It was nice to be moved up. When the technician arrived, he allowed me to describe the issue and the first thing he did was listen to the system. He confirmed what I described then sought out a cause. Previously, I had another company come out and the technician spent about 20 minutes checking things out, didn’t try to confirm my description of the issue and misdiagnosed the problem. Will be sending my business to M & M moving forward.

I can not say enough good things about this company! The technician was very informative and caring about his customers. Tide was out when they said he would be. He did everything he said he would do to get me heat in my home! I would recommend and trust this company! I would use them again!

I am so very grateful to M & M Heating & Air Conditioning for the manner in which they responded to my emergency home heating disaster during the coldest of the cold snaps which occurred this season. Doug and his crew were fantastic in the rip out of my previous system and installation of my brand new Navien boiler. I enjoyed getting to know each of the crew but I really want to shout out to Doug. I love you, man and thank you for helping an old geezer out of a tough spot. Oh yeah, they really did me a solid with the cost too.

I'd give you 10 stars if I could. Two days before Christmas our upstairs furnace went out. Without hesitation your office gave me an appointment on Christmas Eve. Two men worked on our furnace. Both were great but especially Doug Fisher. Very knowledgeable and friendly and he got us up and running again. I would recommend M & M and especially Doug to everyone. Thank you for saving our Christmas.

Our furnace went out days before the extreme cold front (on a Friday!) someone recommended I reach out to Steve to see if he could help quicker than another company who couldn’t get a consultant out until Tuesday or Wednesday the following week.
Steve came within 15 minutes and confirmed that a new furnace was needed. He went through all our options and didn’t try to push anything unnecessary. Our new furnace came in several days later and the install team showed up at our house bright and early. They were friendly and made sure the job was done right. Dan and Colin made sure to walk us through the parts of the new furnace so we understood how it worked. M&M was also several thousand dollars cheaper than another local company. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Had yearly check on furnace heat and air. Mike the service tech very personable and knowledgeable. Explained the results of his findings and what they meant in plain terms. Nice work. Don M.

Had a scheduled air conditioner cleaning scheduled. Service was quick and easy and service tech was pleasant and courteous. Having an older home I appreciate that the M & M techs understand how to keep us running smoothly. They've serviced our home more than 20 years and never disappointed. This visit, there was a slight issue after the tech left. The on call tech was pleasant and helpful. The original tech was out [first call of the day] and a quick adjustment, we were back running again! Thank you M & M [D Phillips] for taking such great care of our home!

What a wonderful company that provided AC services to us. The services fees were fair, the costs of parts and installation was completed in a timely manner. It was very satisfying to see an experienced gentleman provide apprentice on the job training. As retirees we know how important it is for the next generation. So glad this referral from friends was provided to us. Keep up the great service M&M!

This is their busy season, however I was worked into the schedule. Steve was forthcoming about the time frame my issue was not an emergency (four business days). John came in the morning and was done in an hour. This company is topnotch from the office staff to the technician. I appreciate a company that has integrity and the price was fair.

Air conditioner install. Chad and his new help was very professional. Helper was only 1 month new but very good and they worked well together. Floors protected by their drop cloths (thank you). Very organized and excellent to have in home for 2 days. Cleaned up daily and left my home as they found it but with a wonderful new air conditioner. I will definitely recommend them.

Great business. Very trustworthy and professional. Very respectful of my home and patient with all my questions and concerns and willing to explain things in depth. Shawn was our repairman. He repaired our boiler, took his time to evaluate the problem, and replaced the defective parts. M&M charged us far less than we were quoted by BluFlame, and did not try to sell us another boiler. He also did not tell us that our boiler was not worth fixing (we knew better!) The next time we need boiler work or decide to buy a new boiler, we'll be calling M&M! They did a fabulous job, for an affordable price (just over $1,000), and without the attitude and pressure of the other guys. THANK YOU M&M!
