Ted did a really great job. He was in and out in no time setting up my Google Nest thermostat. I will definitely keep them in mind for future jobs.

Never had such great service for my furnace. Justin was beyond determined to figure out what was going on. I was able to meet Eric and Rick as well. Such an amazing crew! Reasonable pricing.

Justin was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Did everything like a seasoned pro, explained what he was doing and why. I highly recommend Justin and Rick’s Affordalble Heating and Cooling. Also the price was very good.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to have these guys out twice recently (the unfortunate part being my system, not their service). Both times Justin was a great technician and really helped me out. Not only that but both times they came out the same day. Pretty sure I’ll be contacting them again whenever I need it (which hopefully won’t be for a long time).

We were in dyer need of a new furnace and air conditioning unit. we called for a consultation and Ian had come out - looked around and answered all our questions. we called and set up an appointment - the phone people were great - very easy to speak to. Dylan and Bryce had come out to our home - i showed them where the furnace was and they went straight to work without hesitation. the two young men did a phenomenal job! i truly appreciate all their hard work. thank you:)

Ted was amazing! Was very knowledgeable and quick with the repair. We actually were having trouble with our home insurance and getting a technician out in a timely manner. I was fed up and called Rick’s Affordable. Ted came out within hours of my call and fixed it! They Gained a loyal customer today!

Ac system failed. Ricks crew came out the next day to look at, and did a complete system overhaul the next day. Dylan and Christian were the installers. They put in a hard day of labor with a job well done. We are very pleased with their excellent work! Very professional and thorough throughout the process. Thank you!

Rick’s did a great job as always. Used them for annual furnace maintenance after they installed a new furnace a few years ago. Ted was my technician today. He was on time, efficient, and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and systems are operational.

The guys that came to install our system were very professional, courteous and polite. Their prices are more than reasonable compared to other local businesses. They took time to explain the new thermostat and the other features. Highly recommended!!

Justin came out yesterday to do a cleaning and maintenance on my furnace. He was right on time. He was efficient and very nice and knowledgable. He gave me information on duct cleaning and sanitation spray. Rick's was offering a promotional period on the sanitation spray and if I had it done that day, I received a $100 discount. How could I say no to that? The spray made my air smell and feel cleaner than ever! I am part of a maintenance program with Rick's so Justin comes out twice a year to clean and maintain my furnace and HVAC. This is an amazing value and helps keep up with warranties and extends the life of my systems. They are great people and a great company. I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!!

We had a full replacement of our furnace and A/C unit with Rick’s. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone; family and friends. The pricing was fair, the quality of products used was top notch and Dylan and Christian (our installers) were professional, friendly, on time, cleaned up behind themselves and made sure we understood how everything worked before they left. They even put up with our elderly dog, Miss Penny, and her barking. Dylan recommended we look into duct cleaning due to the build up in the duct work he noticed when installing the new units. We appreciate him looking out for our safety and health in suggesting duct cleaning and we are looking into that service next with Rick’s. Thanks again for the being a professional company!

Nathan and Bryce did a fantastic job installing our AC system. They were especially patient with our son who wanted to follow them around and ask a thousand questions. Lots of attention to detail. Worked well integrating a new system to fit seamlessly within the space, even with having to reroute some things. Well done all around.

We had a problem with our heat shutting off and producing a burning smell. The tech that Rick’s Heating sent out named Ian was able to identify and determine that our motor blower was seizing up. They ordered the part that night and installed the next morning! Ian was fantastic — a real HVAC wizard. Took him all of a half hour and we had functioning heat again! 5/5 would recommend.

I have had a new furnace, a new AC unit (& moved to a new location) and duct work cleaning completed by this company and they always go the extra mile!!
They are all always very respectful of your home.
They give the best solution for whatever situation you are in and lay out all of the options for you. So you can make the best decision based on all of the information (information you may have not known before) & even when I sprung it on them LITERALLY within 24 hours of needing this project completed (oops) they were there and willing to help in every way they could.
I am one for asking a ton of questions and speaking up when I dont understand, or misunderstand a previous conversation. Not only did Ted politely take my call by the team already here (ready to go) to discuss, he got a hold of Rick to follow up with me. Not too long after the call, Rick personally stopped by to see the situation and help explain with the best, positive attitude. And the boys stood by patient, working on other things they could during that time. (It was my bad.)
On the estimate, Ted made sure the installation team would leave an outlet for me during the AC move and when we thought we ran into trouble, Rick offered assistance immediately without hesitation. Little things like this i feel make extremely exceptional customer service.
All four guys worked hard, listened and took care of business (including the extra team that came to help, I think Randolph and Christian).
Rick has a great team behind him!
(And it was a super freaking long day.)
I am, again, a happy customer.

Our furnace and water heater went out in February. When most other companies were closed on Saturday, Rick responded on the first call. Dylan and Nate arrived early and did a great job. Quick service, cleaned up nicely, installed with no issues, very polite and professional with reasonable pricing. I Would HIGHLY recommend Rick's Affordable Heating and Cooling. Had Rick come and take a look at my furnace when it wouldn't light and walked me through what was wrong and how they would fix it. Ordered the part and had one of his tech's, Ted, come and install it a few days later. Both were great with answering my questions and even gave me info about when to replace in the future. Everything was quick and professional.

I’m very pleased with the service I received! Bryce and Jessie worked hard, they were professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. We had a fabulous experience! Rick’s contact with us about estimating the job was great….he was right on time! Ryland and Bryce did the install of the mini split and they were amazing! They arrived promptly (a little early even) and worked all day. They kept us informed about their progress and showed us how to work the new unit. I would highly recommend Rick’s.
