Justin the technician that came to my house was very friendly and great at his job. When justin had to contact his boss Chuck he was also very helpful. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I called and the technician, Ted Cole, was at my home within the hour. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. He found the issue with my furnace and did a thorough check for any other potential issues. He gave me options regarding remedies, and he performed the work quickly and explained everything really well.

After looking at the work and estimating cost work was scheduled within days. Justin was amazing. Arrived promptly and replaced some smashed ductwork in my attic, replaced my old outdated thermostat and installed a dryer vent. Price was great. Would definitely recommend and look forward to their service for all future heating and cooling maintenance.

Ian was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with the furnace. He was able to fix the problem in 15 minutes. Reasonable repair costs. Outstanding service. We are toasty warm and thankful for having chosen Rick’s Affordable Heating & Cooling. Highly recommend.

A few months ago, I was having issues with both my AC and Heating so I researched to find reliable companies in the area and through word of mouth I discovered Ricks Affordable Heating and Cooling.

They were able to diagnose my issues, the AC was fine other than a small leak! However our furnace was outdated and essentially obsolete.

I was able to talk to Rick and the service technicians who laid out all my options so that I could best proceed.

Ultimately we decided it was time for a new furnace and Rick and his team were great and professional the entire time they serviced my house, respectful of all our animals and making sure everything was installed perfectly leaving behind no messes.

We are thoroughly enjoying our new Coleman furnace through these frigid months, three months in and it works great!

I would highly recommend Rick and his team, they will help you understand the problem and address it with professionalism.

Great customer service from Justin. He was able to fix the issue with my furnace quickly and explained their membership program to me which is wonderful! I joined which saved me the cost of the service call He installed my new smart thermostat and made sure I knew how to use it. Great young man!

Really great company. The prices are affordable and I love that they message you with actual realtime locations of your technicians. They even send a little bit of information about your technician with a photo. Very friendly and helpful people Christian, Tyler and Jackson installed our new furnace and they did a great job and were very friendly and informative. I came home after a few days of being away to no heat. I had a great experience with Rick’s Affordable Heating and Cooling…from the person who answered the phone and of course my technician Ted! He explained everything in lay terms, showed me the problem and gave updates on estimates as needed. Ted was very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. I will definitely use Rick’s in the future!

Ryland. Tyler, and Ted did a great job of installing our replacement central air unit on one of the hottest days this summer. They were professional and knowledgeable, explaining the process and required maintenance, and addressing our questions

Ted was a delight! Had a great experience and the price was hard to beat. We are not handy people, so to give us peace of mind, we signed up for the annual healing and cooling maintenance plan which comes with a lot of benefits including duct cleaning which can be very expensive. So glad we stumbled upon this great company!

Justin was a great technician. Did the job, was straight with me about the price. He had to order a part and return to install a few days later. He only charged me for the initial service fee, showed me the part he was ordering so I could confirm the pricing, and was out here asap to install it after it arrived. Very happy with the service. Less than 100 for service and the only extra I paid was for the part, and I paid at their cost. All of this is true but it is about strange to pre write the entire section before this sentence for me. I did not write it, don’t use AI please, if it was AI. Despite that, they installed a new furnace before the snow storm this weekend and I’m thankful they were able to do it before hand. They took the price of the previously installed part, and previous service charges, off of the final price of my new furnace installation

Rick' Affordable has taken care of our heating/cooling for the last 20 years and there is good reason for that. Recently they replaced our whole unit air and heat and as always prompt and professional. Their techs Tyler and Dylan who are knowledgeable and courtesy, we had questions and they had answers. They came prepared and got the job done in a timely manner. And our new unit great our home is nice comfortable now and we feel safe knowing our unit is on their maintenance plan for yearly checkups and all is good. Highly recommend!!

Justin did a great job, he was very quick to determine the problem with my heater, and got the part right away and fixed it, then installed this super smart thermostat and showed me how to use it very good service!

Rick’s Affordable Heating and Cooling replaced my 34 years old single stage gas furnace. They installed a two stage 80 K btu 96% efficiency furnace. I did my research and their price was the best for comparable units. Nathan and Bryce did a great job. Their work was clean and professional. I highly recommend Rick’s for your heating and cooling projects.

Was having issues with furnace. Rick's Affordable sent out a very professional young man by the name of Ted Cole. Ted was very respectful and very informative on his diagnosis. Overall great experience. Will definitely be my go to company. Heat was working great by the time he left.

I had a problem with my furnace and called Rick’s. They were able to come out that very same day even during such a busy time In the middle of a cold spell. Justin came out and assessed the problem and determined that I needed a new furnace. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dylan and Christian were able to come out the next day to install my new furnace in just over two hours. They did a great job, they were knowledgeable and helpful, their work was efficient and cleaned up everything afterwards. I highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far so good! Our furnace broke of course at the very coldest days. Ian from Ricks affordable HVAC came out promptly. Once the news broke that we pretty much needed a new furnace, they had us scheduled the next morning for immediate installation. They arrived on time and had the whole job done and heating in 4 hours after one very cold night. We can’t thank them enough for being quick and affordable. We will use them for our ongoing services.
