I've been in the industry for over three decades, and I've never encountered a supplier as unreliable as HVAC Direct. We placed an order for radiant heaters and a unit heater, expecting delivery within 7-10 days. However, after 10 days, we were still waiting for any update on our status. When we called to inquire about the status of our order, we were told that it had gotten stuck in their processing department. It turned out they'd never even initiated the order on their end.

Things only got worse when we discovered the heaters were now 25 days out due to stock issues. Given our location in the northeast and our customers' need for timely heat, this was unacceptable. To make matters more frustrating, it's been several days since we cancelled our order, and we still haven't received a refund. I would strongly advise against working with HVAC Direct, as they're not a reliable partner for your customers.
