I don't feel I can in good conscience recommend Jackon Hunter. We hired them to do our leaves last fall, and the first two times they were out they did great. It snowed a bit earlier than expected and stuck around longer than expected, which I totally appreciate, things happen.
But as 2025 turned to 2026 and we had some warm days, I gently emailed asking for updates as other landscaping companies were on my street for other houses. I would get vague answers and deflecting about why they had to wait longer. I ended up spending most of a Saturday doing leaves one day, when the weather was perfect, because my yard looked terrible.
At some point I stopped getting responses, and finally 6 months later they came to finish the leaves. 2 stars because the crews did a fair enough job when out here, but management seemed keen on telling me the delay was my problem.
