Bought a blower motor for my furnace 3 years ago. It went out called them up to see if they had another one. Now they won't sell to me because I'm not an hvac contractor. Only place I know that has what I need in stock locally and I can't get it. I am an electrician and have the knowledge to fix and repair my own equipment but can't get the parts. I'm shocked you don't want to sell me a $300 blower motor. Guy says to me the only way he will sell me anything is if I bring up receipt showing purchased from 3 years ago. In my opion to lazy to look it up. Never asked for part number or more info to try and look up sales receipt. Was recommended to this place because of part availability for carrier furnaces. Completely disappointed.

Get this place organized so trucks can get in their docks. Very nice but the lot is a mess.
-
Very tight driveway for trucks to back into. With the products pile so high, it's so hard to see incoming traffic. Corporate might want to revaluate the driveway to help accommodate your delivery trucks and surrounding businesses!

They always take good care of us!

Be prepared to do some real backing around equipment or appliances staged right in the center of parking lot. Its a petite place. Sharing 2 other driveways so expect traffic to cut in front of you all around you as you are backing in front the street because that's how small and congested it is, otherwise the people will direct you to check-in and all that with no problem. You should not need detention pay here..omgosh if you do lol.

Used their text line on a Friday and was told they would be open on Saturday. Drove 45 minutes to be there at 9 Saturday morning to find out the Mentor store is not open on Saturdays.
-
Tight lot because they stack inventory outside. You may have to wait for their trucks to move before you get in a dock. Hour to hour and a half to unload. They keep stacking more inventory outside in the drive so it's tight backing in. good luck...

The receiving department was a little slow at start due to Monday morning but who can blame them but overall great service. The parking lot is pretty small they have all their air conditioning products on the lot,so there's not much maneuverability if you have to dock in doors 5 thru 8. Unloading time was just a little over an hour restrooms are available, overnight parking is very slim if you can get here early.

Poor service, doesn’t follow up with issues. Installed to units for our business one of the units was never fully installed. Definitely don’t recommend this company

Service was great, tech came out on short notice and explained everything to me that he was doing and also was very knowledgeable about the model furnace we have.

Called this company on September 21st to request a specific technician that we had worked with a few years back to come out and look at an issue we’re having. was told by Dave that the tech is busy till the following Wednesday and will come to us Thursday of the following week. Comes Thursday’s and even Friday and no tech and no phone call. I kept on calling every day and was given every excuse possible and a promise of a call back that never happens. Today October 9th, stillno tech and Dave keeps telling me that they are running into issues with prior unpaid bills, which he was supposed to fax over but never did. I am just wondering how do this company stay in business and disregards it’s customers to this point? Definitely won’t be using them at all and please take your business elsewhere and save your time!

I got connected to this company through my Home Warranty insurance. It took about a week to get them to look at my water heater that was not dispensing enough hot water for more than 3 people. When their technician came, he ruled that my water heater needed replacement and the one I was using needed to be disconnected for safety reasons and a report would be sent to the insurance. It took them another one week to send the report, after several calls. Finally, the insurance gave approval for the replacement. Since then they have not reached out to me, despite trying to reach them severally, but getting to voicemail instead. I eventually had to call the insurance company who then tried to reach them. After about 50 minutes they finally succeeded, only to be told that they needed price variation. All the while they left me in the dark. This is not the right way to treat customers. It can be frustrating to be without hot water for such a long time.
This is my story, and it is left for the customers to decide what they want.
