Constraction reviews in Wadsworth, Ohio

We used Walsh Home Improvements for a roof install after a storm. Rob and Aimee were great to work with. I liked using a local company, especially during these time. They were professional. The crew that came out were cordial and fast workers. Even during an unexpected snow storm. The pricing for a tear-off and everything they do couldn't be beat. The roof looks great. Some problems that arose were addressed in a quick professional manner. With all the snow and even after the work was completed they offered to comeback as finding all the nails that comes with a tear off couldn't be found because of the snow. I am happy with the timeliness of responses and how wonderful my new roof looks

Walsh Roofing was fantastic to work with. Needed a job done fast so the sale of my mother's house could go through. They fit us into their schedule immediately and did an outstanding job. We would highly recommend them!

Update a few months later. I had a issue and as Rob promised he warranted his work and made the situation good! A man should be judged not by a mistake but how a mistake is corrected and Rob went to the ends of earth and got it done! Highly recommended company and as a meticulous business owner myself I know I can recommend his work to anyone!

Rob was the only man that gave me a quote that I felt I could trust. Quick responses. Roof was installed in just over 1 day. Very happy with Robs business, thank you

Rob is great! He was honest and very fair in regards to the original quote for my roof. I recieved 3 other over priced quotes before deciding to go with Rob. Him and his crew were professional and completed the job in 2 days. My roof looks great! The ground was cleaned up! The nails were cleaned up by rolling magnets! My home looks brand new! I am very happy with my descion to go with Rob and Aimee!

We had Walsh replace our garage roof. They were reasonably priced, fast, and efficient. I am very happy with the job they did!

We had our roof replaced in September along with some repairs. Rob was so kind and great to work with. Their quote was competitively priced for excellent work. Our roof and soffits are handling rain and weather so much better now. Our house is much better protected. I highly recommend Rob, Aimee and their crew. They were recommended to us, and I would happily refer them to others.

This company is the best they stay within your budget. Always on time and the communication is the best. This company cares about their customers. I would recommend them to everyone.

Rob and his crew did a fantastic job on our new roof. From the slate tear off and redecking to the detail of the flashing after the roof install, I would highly recommend them for any roof install. They worked with us on timing, and fit us in as soon as the weather allowed. The clean up was also impressive after all the slate that was torn off.

Rob was referred to me by a very good friend. He promptly responded to my call for a quote on a roof. He listened intently to my situation and gave great advice and offered a quote and his professional service the following week. The job was completed in a timely manner and I am very pleased by the replacement of the roof. I would highly recommend his company.

Our roof was damaged during the wind/hail storm in April. We called Walsh Residential Roofing. Rob came out and brought a ton of samples from us to choose from, answering every question we threw at him.

Rob and his crew were ultimate professionals from beginning to end! They arrived at 7am and didn't finish until after 8pm. We have a dog so were worried about the debris and that our pooch may injure himself. Without ever having to ask, the crew was meticulous in their cleanup, and Rob and his wife inspected the yard numerous times to make sure there was no debris left.

OUR ROOF IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and my yard looks like they were never here. I swear they used a vacuum cleaner :) AMAZING!! THANK YOU!!!

Rob (business owner) is very responsive. He came out same day I called and had me an estimate by end of day. He gave a fair price, and they did an excellent job. He is also on site while the work is being done. Very trustworthy, would highly recommend.

I am so pleased with Robert and his company! He met with my around my work schedule, was extremely responsive to all of my questions helped my make all of the decisions that were relevant to my roofing needs, had it started within a week and him and his guys had it done in one day! They discovered some rot under my porch roof and made the best deal and financed the total of repairs so that I could afford the additional cost. He and his guys cleaned my yard up and my home and roof looks fantastic! This company is friendly and professional and I’m so happy we worked together! Thank you Robert and Family!

I called Walsh Roofing during the Winter when I experienced a leak in my garage. Rob came out to take a look and personally went on the roof and repaired the issue on the spot. I had intentions to put a new roof on in the Spring. I had a good feeling that Rob was the person to handle the job properly and with integrity! The new roof has been completed with extra work being done to ensure the job was done properly. I feel he will stand behind his work!

Owner Rob has great knowledge of roofing and communication was top notch. His crew are the best they arrived before the sun came up and didn’t leave until every last piece of debris was picked up. Very pleased with price and my roof looks great.

I highly recommend Walsh Residential Roofing. Rob contacted me right away. Came out gave a no BS quote. Was very professional, honest and was here within the week, removed the old roof, replaced with black metal and all the trim work. It looks amazing. You can not tell his team was even here. On a scale of 1-10, this company gets a "12".
Thanks Rob and team, your work is greatly appreciated

Highly recommend Walsh Residential Roofing. Rob and his crew are very thorough and do excellent work. A lot goes into a roof replacement. Rob is very experienced and the end result shows. Most people get more than one quote. If you do , make sure Walsh Residential Roofing is one of them. You won’t regret doing so.

Had Walsh Roofing replace my 30 year old roof on my home and detached garage. 2 story, steep slope, architectural design. The crew was amazing. Showed up on time, completed in 1 day, cleaned up any debris. Roofs look amazing. Highly recommend Walsh and his team. Just superior service.

We just had our roof replaced today 3/27/25
Rob was very responsive, arrived for the estimate, even though it was raining and took time to answer our questions. His estimate was ready for us when he left. We scheduled our appointment on our time frame without question and he accommodated us.
His follow-up was great.
His team started at 6:45am and finished by 5 pm.
His crew was great, fixed an issue we didn't know about and connected three bathroom vent fans for us. They cleaned up the total area, scanned the area with magnets.
Rob was on site and followed up with us and the very end - giving us our Paid Invoice and pics of the work for our records.
Thanks again for the fast turn-around.

Walsh roofing was top notch from the estimate right through the clean up. Started when they said they would, worked hard in the heat all day until the job was done. Thoroughly impressed by the communication, pictures and explanations of the entire process. Excellent craftsmanship and superior quality materials. Do yourself a favor and get the job done right the first time.

Excellent job by an excellent team. Crisp lines, razor sharp edges, I could not have asked for better workmanship. Handled other issues while they were here. Well done!

If you are looking for a competitive and high quality roofing company, Walsh Roofing is just that. I solicited 4 estimates. Walsh was prompt, responsive and competitive. Additionally, they offer some perks related to labor warranties that were better than others. You work directly with Rob (the owner). My roof (35 squares) was torn off and installed in one day. And right at the end the skies opened up with a big storm. heck of a load test for a new roof and it did exactly what it was supposed to do. Highly recommend! Give Rob Walsh a call.
