Fantastic company! Rob responded to my inquiry within 48 hours, gave me an estimate and scheduled the job. This was a roof replacement and soffit project. The estimate included photos of our problem areas along with a written description. His team arrived on time, protected my property with tarps, cleaned up as if they were never there. The finished product, beautiful!!! Couldn't be happier with this company's workmanship and attention to detail.

I really don’t see how this process could be any better. Walsh Residential was a great communicator, reasonable priced, and did a fantastic job replacing our roof. The crew seemed like they have been together for years and worked well together. And the best part was that they cleaned up so well it was almost like they were never there. They offered the best warranty on both workmanship and product warranty over any other company I worked with. Highly recommend these guys!

Rob got back to me quickly and accessed the damage to my roof, which was causing a serious leak in my kitchen. Within a couple of days, he was back with his team to do the job, which turned out to be much more extensive, once they had removed siding and shingles! He did such a beautiful job for an amazing price and even left extra shingles and siding, should I need them for future repairs! I cannot recommend Walsh Home Improvements, LLC enough!!! When looking for a roofer, it's almost impossible to know if you're choosing someone trustworthy and competent. I had used Walsh for a small roof repair once before, so when I noticed some water stains on my ceiling, I called them out to see what needed to be done. Rob (the owner) provided very detailed feedback on the state of my roof, supporting the need to replace it. He gave me a quote and got me on the schedule right away (during the month of December). The Monday prior to install, Rob came to my house with the contract. He had a binder with all of his insurance and business license documentation for review. He explained the process, verified my shingle selection and confirmed the install date (being mindful of the weather conditions). On the day of install, he was there with his crew at 6:45am as stated. His crew tarped all my landscaping along the house before beginning tear-down. They took off all the old shingles and roofing paper, inspected the existing plywood and got right to work. By mid-afternoon, they had finished the roof, and set about cleaning up. Rob even texted me pictures of the job during and after completion. The whole process was fast, clean and professional. They were respectful of my property and made sure I was satisfied with the job. Also, being local, Rob was adamant that he would stand behind his work. I would absolutely recommend Walsh Residential Roofing for repair and replacement work.

We got 4 estimates for replacing our roof with a tear off and we chose Walsh and it was the best decision we could have made. The price was competitive, beautiful materials to choose from, Rob recommend roof vents for our 2 upstairs bathrooms that will add years to our roof life & no one else suggested them, and they were timely, professional, and did complete clean up before they left. This roofing job will protect our home past our lifetimes in it. And has increased our resale value. Thank you Rob & crew!

The crew arrived early, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a top-quality, professional job. They were courteous, polite, and respectful of my property—cleaning up every bit of debris before they left. The price was fair and competitive, especially considering the high quality of their work. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done right!

Rob and his team were exceptional through our entire roof replacement project. They exhibited strong communication throughout the quoting and acceptance process, Rob listened and followed through and took the time to answer all our questions. He was very patient and reliable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the shingles and fans we wanted, and that everything was vented properly, giving us complete confidence in the quality of the work.

The crew was timely, friendly, worked effectively, and delivered what we had agreed upon. They were careful about our landscaping, which was really important to us. They took a lot of care and were excellent at cleaning up as they worked. They charged an appropriate rate that reflected the craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Dude kinda just stands there and stares at you dumbfounded when you explain the problem, I'm pretty sure he only got his business license because they felt bad for him. 🤷‍♀️ On a scale of 1 to 100 I'd say the brains are like -100.
You could watch bob the builder for 20 minutes and know more than him.
