We had trouble with our furnace, on a Sunday during the April snow! Jim was very helpful, prompt & went out of his way to find the right part for our furnace! Had us back & running within 2 hours! Highly recommended!!

Very disappointed, I was getting 70 degree air from my vents. On a 5 year old unit. They came out said there might be a leak. Couldn't find it easily with the meter so charged the system. Was getting 54 degree air. After 4 weeks It was back up to 65 degree air and I had Gas leaking through the Pilot Valve. So I shut off the Gas and called them. Left a message that the cooling was back up to 65 degree air and that I had to shut off the gas because of the valve (not there fault) Just dangerous. Never called me back. They even left a crescent wrench in the grass that I nearly ran over with the Lawn Mower. I put it in a Zip lock baggie and Called them so they would know where their tool was. Just what I get for being Nice ! Now I have to call someone new and pay all over again for someone to do the job right this time. Sure cant trust them with a gas leak ! Thanks for nothing !

Stopped by for a part to fix my air conditioner. He had the part in stock at a great price, even compared to online dealers. The proprietor was very nice and even gave me some material to fashion a new bracket when he noticed the new part was a slightly different size than the old one.

After looking around his shop and talking with him, I will be calling him the next time I need any HVAC work in this area. This place is a hidden gem for HVAC products and service in Wadsworth.

Central AC quit of course on an 80°+ day - Dan was quick to answer my call mid afternoon and said would be out the next day due to heavy scheduling....he ended up coming out same day and fixed it promptly, professionally and at a very reasonable price. Will be using D&D from now on - thank you!!

This man was at my house within 30 mins of me calling him he had my central air fixed in less than 10 mins! I called every where since last night everyone said there were booked for atleast a week. D&D answered the phone and told me he could be here in 45 mins and squeeze me in he was here in 30 mins. I highly reccomend him. I will use this place for all my future issues.
