I'm so glad I called Dee's Heating and Cooling this morning.
They had my furnace working by the afternoon.
Thank you to the staff Andrea on scheduling and sending Technician Mark Franks, very knowledge and fixed my furnace's problem it was having.
Great service from the beginning to end.
I'll definitely call you again this spring for the A/C Tune up.

I called at 9:45PM on black Friday. Andrew was out by a little after 10:30 or 11 and solved my problem quickly. A great price for a night urgent job done quickly and efficiently. Andrew is an awesome very friendly guy. Very nice and informative.

We had Dees Heating and Cooling service our oil furnace. The technician Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. His positive attitude and knowledge of the oil furnace was awesome. Definitely glad we were able to find this company and certainly will request Mark for all of our future Heating and cooling needs. I will also recommend Dees Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs this kind of work done!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I've received with Dee's Heating and Cooling! From the first call to have them come out, to the gentlemen who did the work, everyone is so nice and explained everything to me.
I had to have a lot of work done, furnace, (it was the original one), air, and a water tank that was on its last leg. I am extremely impressed by this company, this is the way businesses should be!

Dee’s Heating and Cooling is the best by far!
We had 5-7 companies come and give us quotes for a new HVAC system for our original home, and to help us with a system that was installed during a renovation by a local company last year. It has never worked correctly (the company that installed wasn’t concerned enough to get it fixed 🙄).
Mike came out and assessed everything and had Marc come out to help us diagnose any potential issues and check the diagnostics prior to us even installing the new system!
Marc was WONDERFUL! He took the time to explain the “what’s & why’s” and advised on next steps to resolve the issues.
Their customer service is UNMATCHED!
We have had numerous service industry teams in and out in the past 2 years with all of the work, and this is one of the only teams that has taken the time to explain things, been timely and clean installation process.

Good morning Brian, all went well with the furnace it's working like new. I was very impressed with Andrew the young tech that came out. What a nice, polite young man. It's so nice to see young people interested in the trades. For way to long the emphasis was on college. Now there's so many people with degrees that aren't working but owe huge amounts on their student loans. He's a smart young man with a bright future ahead. This young man is a keeper.

I called Dee’s for my furnace having an issue keeping up with cold temperatures. Their tech Mark came and he was awesome. He was very thorough and made sure to check all possibilities. I had an air scrubber installed and regular annual maintenance on my furnace. Mark explained how my heating system was performing in a honest way.

Great experience! The Tech Andrew came out for a furnace tune-up and was on time, professional, and explained everything clearly. It's never easy to spend money on home repairs, especially around the holidays, but Mark Sr. made us feel comfortable due to his knowledge, professionalism and friendly manner. The technician was trying to charge me $600 for a part I looked up myself and the max brand new price I found it for wasn’t no more than $250 so I paid him for his services and refused any other services then to my surprise I get a cps official at my door telling me the HVAC guy made a complaint making serval false statements I’ll never be using your services in the future completely unprofessional

I had a new furnace installed two years ago and never had it checked or cleaned. Mark Franks Sr went over the entire unit. Showed and explained everything to me. I recently had a new furnace installed by Dee’s Heating and Cooling, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They were there within 45 minutes of my call for the initial evaluation. They walked me through all my options, helped me choose the right system for my home, and made sure I understood everything before the installation. I expected to have to wait several days for installation, especially with the recent snow and drop in temperatures, but they were able to get me scheduled the very next morning at 9am, on a weekend no less.

The installation itself was smooth and efficient. The technicians arrived on time, respected my home, and had the new furnace up and running faster than I expected. The difference in comfort was immediate—my home heats evenly now, and the new unit is so much quieter and more energy-efficient than my old one.
