Dude kinda just stands there and stares at you dumbfounded when you explain the problem, I'm pretty sure he only got his business license because they felt bad for him. 🤷‍♀️ On a scale of 1 to 100 I'd say the brains are like -100.
You could watch bob the builder for 20 minutes and know more than him.

I worked with Eric and Ryan on a complete bathroom remodel in 2008 and being completely satisfied enlisted REM to do my total Condominium remodel in 20016. Eric and the entire crew were professional, clean, and courteous. The craftsmanship was exceptional but most of all I appreciated the willingness to fulfill all of my, many, requests and return calls promptly. I would Highly recommend REM.

We upgraded everything - floors, windows, cabinets, appliances, tile, lighting in main room/kitchen. We also did complete makeover in guest bathroom including heated floor.

The workers rotated in and out but all were very pleasant and professional. Always on time, no excuses, clear communication, asked for clarification, offered advice, explained things clearly. It was a big project that took quite some time but they made it bearable. I would highly recommend this contractor and their subs. Our friends say it best when they see the work - "WOW".

From start to finish our bathroom project was smooth. Pat and Matthew in the showroom were great in giving advice and helpful suggestions. The work crew was quick and talented. They were in and out in 7 working days, start to finish. We would highly recommend REM and McNeill Floors to anyone looking to improve their home.

REM Installations is a professional company to work with, and they do top notch work! They designed and built a sunroom addition to our home, and it is magnificent. Their team came up with creative ideas for the design, though they were open to and implemented our ideas too. They did the job in a timely fashion and communication was easy. They also remodeled/installed a new kitchen for us four years ago and it is beautiful. We would highly recommend REM Installations to anyone considering a remodel or addition to their home.

Charger for work that was not completed never any offer to resolve issues. Not registered with the BBB have multiple complaints registered against them. I should have done a better job checking before hiring them

Horrible service. Horrible warranty. Horrible company. Bought refrigerator for 500. Used OK. Two weeks found rust in ice. Whole ice system full of rusty parts. No help no nothing. 5 weeks after purchase complete failure of cooling system. Was told to chalk it by owner. Money is hard 2 come by these days. I'm handicap my father is handicapped I'm not asking for a hand out. JUST DECENT SERVICE

We attended a AB Exclusive event hosted by the BBB today. Was very energized by the Art and Science of Marketing seminar and thankful for the invitation. The seminar was set up very well, ran smooth and professional. It was nice to meet the faces of the BBB! You guys are doing a great job of helping good businesses stay on their toes! Can't wait for April.

Purchase an item, then cancelled it with their rep. She said no problem. Item ended up shipping to me. I called to report this, after numerous calls they gave me a UPS pickup ticket. Still waiting for my refund of approx, $900.00. No one can resolve the problem. I have giving them all the information even the UPS tracking number showing item was returned.

Couldn’t have been less professional when I called 2 separate times to see about getting my refrigerator fixed.
