Our Leaf water system is great. Recommend it to everyone..
-
My water is extremely slimy and Leaf will not stand behind their product.
-
Water still stinks should have went with Culligan with the water price
-
Water was leaking within hours of installation, water still stinks coming out of faucets, waste of money.
-
Outstanding sales and service! Couldn't be happier with my new system and the quality of water it provides!
-
great job testing

They gave me a great price. The water quality is greatly improved.
-
No soft water after many months, the system is junk. No one cares to fix the problem. Salesman will not call me back.
-
My water is so much better, sinks and dishes don't have hard water film and my skin appears less dry. Installation took almost twice as long as quoted, though.

Whole home system isn’t performing as promised. Water stinks, wasted more than $4,000 on it, now they want $3,000 more to “fix”
Company is coming across as a little dishonest to me. -
The worst company ever to deal with and worst system ever. Please be advised if you are even considering using these guys, do your self a favor and don’t. Two years 11 attempts at correcting problems and still can’t drink my water. Every time it’s something we are doing and not their equipment. Will not refund or remove their stuff. You have been warned.

Buyer beware
Sales woman (Jenna) came to my home to give demo. After also giving a pitch for renovations which I'd never asked for, she came up with a figure for the softener and RO system of $6,000 (almost double the amount for the same service and products I received from a competitor after the fact). After explaining I needed to get a few other quotes, she came down to under $3,750 after several attempts to haggle which was a red flag. I called 2 days later to take her up on her quote. I asked about financing options and figured it was worth a shot. I had just purchased a new home and boat so unfortunately I had to much revolving credit at the time of inquiry. Now, here's the major problem: Jenna ran 2 hard checks on my credit while over the phone with me and, once we decided I would just pay debit up front, she came back to my home that day and I was then told I'd have to have a plumber come out and "up my well tank pressure" before they would install a water softener. When I questioned the logic behind increasing the tank pressure, she phoned her installer who then simply explained he wouldnt install with a shallow well. Jenna had taken all the metrics down that she needed when she made her initial visit, she was also made explicitly aware at that time that this was indeed a shallow well. Why was I not notified that they would be unable to service my current setup before she ran 2 hard checks on my credit? I understand the want to close a deal, but at my expense? I've called Leaf several times since to rectify and not once has anyone reached back out to assist. This may be why names such as Waterboy and Culligan prevail. It just may be, they are the more honest, viable option. Leaf, please touch base so we can rectify. -
Leaf installed a system in my house that was supposedly going to make my water indistinguishable from bottled water. After about a month my water stink like eggs. Would you believe I suddenly have sulfur in my water that they couldn’t detect just a couple months prior. Don’t worry says the tech, we’re going to fix this “at cost”. Salesman tells me that will be $3,000, or wait $2500, actually $2,450, or whatever at cost might be today. Hard to believe that’s “at cost” when their competitors are selling similar items for $1,200.
Also hard to believe that my fridge filter and $10 hose filter removes this odor when this top of line “hybrid filter” (according to their tech not even a filter just a softener, so who knows what I actually bought) from leaf apparently can’t.
Bottom line, feeling ripped off, and having trust issues with this company. -
Leaf Home Water Solutions is a game changer in the world of water filtration. From the moment they installed their system in my home, I could immediately taste the difference in the water quality. The water was clearer, cleaner, and had a fresher taste.
Heidi with Leaf Home Water Solutions came to my home and was very helpful and provided top-notch service. Heidi answered my questions and walked me through my water quality results. What is different about Leaf Home Water Solutions is that they didn't have any aggressive sales tactics. This was a lot different as I had other companies who had previously provided me with a quote and were trying to pressure me into buying something. Heidi laid out several options based on the results of my water tests, and when I decided on a solution, she laid out the installation process and was able to get it installed that same day. I appreciated her attention to detail and commitment to providing the best customer experience.
I highly recommend Leaf Home Water Solutions to anyone looking to improve their drinking water quality. The system was installed quickly, and I already appreciate the noticeable impact on the taste of our water. Thank you, Leaf, for providing such a fantastic product! -
She was very friendly n experienced the tests she was doing

Love my new system. I entered my information on the site and received a phone call a little while later. They were able to send out someone to go over everything and test my water the next day if I wanted. The appointment went awesome. They were awesome and honest and showed me the test results of my water and recommended a system that would work for me. They weren't pushy at all and made sure I knew what could help with making my appliances last longer. Once I made the decision to get the system installed they were able to come out the next day to install it. It was a pretty quick install. I love my new system. It's been about a month since it was installed. The water feels better and my skin is less dry with the new softener installed.

I would like to make this a very large negative number but that isn’t possible. My husband wanted a water treatment system that did not need salt as he is 88 years old and losing his strength. Our salesperson, Jason, told us their salt less system would give us the same or better water quality with their system and we would not need salt. Unfortunately, Jason had either not been trained well or was more interested in selling a system than being honest.
We purchased the system. The installer cut the line on our existing system before turning off the water. Before he could turn off the water, the garage, mudroom and utility room were flooded.
We live in a hard water area with bacterial iron. Within a week, hard water was evident again and we were seeing signs of bacterial iron again. I called the one and only phone number given on all documents which was to a call center. You cannot talk to anyone but the women in the call center. They email the appropriate people, then you wait for a call back. This call was answered within 24 hours and a service tech was sent out. After checking things out he told me that this system would not take care of hard water or bacterial iron. He also said under his breath that he would not have sold us this system.
Now the fun begins! I told them I wanted their system out and the financing reversed. I also called Wells Fargo which is the company they use for financing and told the rep that I was disputing the charges and explained why. It took a couple of calls to get them to remove the system then many more calls (including a call per day for a week) for someone to call me back (Michael Hines an operations manager). I had checked Wells Fargo and found the charges had been reversed before Mr Hines called me. I then asked him to reimburse me for the cost of replacing my former system. It took many more calls and emails to Mr Hines over a few weeks and a threat to go to the media before another person called me. Later that day this last person called me back and said they would not reimburse me for the costs of reconnecting my previous system. The amount I requested was less than 10% of the cost of their system that didn’t work as promised.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! LIES AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! -
Leaf Home Water Solutions just finished installing my new system. Can’t wait to see how it performs. I can tell you as a former customer excellence consultant, their install team did a great job. I even tossed them a few curve balls and their response was always polite and respectful. And as promised, their white glove service left the area clean and neat. Special thanks to our sales person Heidi.
