Quality is excellent. The problem is communication. I expect the same price per application as quoted. That does not happen. I have to call for an adjustment. Yes, an adjustment is made but I should not have to call to get it. I have been a customer since 2006. Before that is was Chemlawn. That should tell you how satisfied I am with the service. DC

I just called to cancel my services and the young man (Carlos) tried 5x to give me a discount even though I asked nicely 3x for him to cancel services - instead of telling him the fourth time that I wanted to cancel my services I was simply hanging up and he was still trying to offer me a discount as I clicked the off button - if I would want lawncare services again I won't be calling TruGreen. Good customer service would be to ask if I had any feedback after I declined a discounted service the first time and then proceed to cancel my service with some grace.

James did a great job ! He was very professional! Knocked on the door and asked if I had any questions, answered them and before he left asked again about questions or concerns.

First time with trugreen and lawn care guy daniel was extremely nice. Explained very well about what's going to happen as they care for the lawn. We just moved into this house so Definitely need to get the lawn under control.

The technician did a good job , I watched via my home video cameras . I need the same guy moving forward to treat my lawn if possible. In the past I’ve seen some technicians do a shabby job. Today’s guy was on point 👍🏽

First off I was kept posted by text that my rep, Jeffery, would be by shortly. I was again texted when he arrived. He was right on time & quickly got to work. As he did his tree & scrub work, he was careful not to disturb surrounding flowers, plant & ferns. Great job as always.

Had three applications (weed-n-feed) put on last year - kept the dandelions very well controlled. Started this year the same way. The guy that came was from the same local branch as last year. Expection the same results....

We enjoy the communication with our lawn technician. He keeps us posted of items and shares what he does and sees. The customer service has been very good for us too. Whether I call in or leave a typed message, the responsiveness and attentiveness to our questions has been very nice. We are happy customers and looking forward to a great experience.

The first visit was not a very good one. The young guy was lazy and didn’t do my whole lawn and it showed a week later when my lawn was covered in dandelions. I watch it back on my ring and the kid took about three minutes to do my entire lawn and I have a large front lawn. Unless you watch them do the application it’s not done correctly at least with the first guy. I called tru green and they were very understanding and helpful. I had a 2nd visit free of charge and this young man Michael was excellent. He did a great job and took the time to talk to me for a few minutes something the first guy did not. Overall I am happy with the way it turned out and tru green really cared about the customer and made it right

Very pleased with my first appointment. My specialist Tyehimba Edwards informed me he had arrived and what he was doing.
To early for results, but if this appointment is any indication of what to expect, I think my lawn will be fine.

It would have been awesome if he would have treated for weeds while he was here!

The technician introduced and explained everything he was doing to our yard that day. He also explained how long it would take before the yard would look better.

I initially rated TruGreen five stars more than a year ago. Since then, I have had services added to my contract that I did not authorize. I have also had my account turned over to a collection agency even though I am on auto pay and my account online shows that it is current and up to date with payments. My lawn looks okay but that's about it. If someone were to ask me today if I recommend the company, I would give a quick thumbs down. The only time you hear from them is when they want to sell you a service.

I called TruGreen to state that the initial visit to aerate and overseed my lawn was good but that after the new seeds grew in, it was clear that a few spots were missed. TruGreen agreed to send another technician out to aerate and overseed the lawn a second time at no additional charge. The technician was very thorough and attentive to my lawns needs and asked if I was satisfied and I said that I was very satisfied. Much thanks to Aaron C. for going above and beyond to keep the customer happy!

Finally had the best technician show up today from TruGreen. Collier Nelson! Did a fabulous job applying material in my yard today and covered it completely. His attention to detail was enjoyable to see first hand. This employee gets it and I will remain a customer in the future if I get service like this. Hope to get him every time!
