My two year old A/C Unit went out Saturday night. Monday morning at 6:30 I placed a call into Thompson Heating and Cooling. They came out at 9:15am. They had to order two parts, had them overnighted and said it would probably be Wednesday or Thursday until they could fix it. The parts arrived today and the AC was fixed by 2:00. What great response time and Customer service. Highly recommend this company.
