Working with Thompson Heating and Cooling is a pleasure. I was on the call off list if an opening came available for a semi annual checkup. One did, and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Nate called ahead of arrival. He was professional, friendly, and efficient - a great representative for the company. THANK YOU!

These folks are top notch! We've had them here for checkups several times and they're always on time, are up front on the fee, the techs they send are professional and friendly. We had Nate yesterday who was awesome, even with our dog and in 2020 during the Covid pandemic the owner came himself. Highly recommend!

I called them when my new thermostat wasn’t working because the wiring instructions were actually wrong. I called today because my air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The office staff and techs are awesome. They explain things in a way as to not seem like they talk down to you. Prices are fair and honest. I recommend this company so much. Hard to find a honest company that respects people not profits these days and that is them. Awesome honest people.

This company is the top of my list. They are extremely responsive. They came out even though it was after 5 pm and had my unit back up and running in no time! Very reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

My furnace started acting out 3 days ago, it's 12/06 & 20 degrees. Had four different techs from four different companies out, three of them told me I need a new furnace ranging from $6,000 to $7400. & All said It couldn't be fixed. 1 tech (Gault) went so far as to SNIP my wire disabling my unit (20 degree's!!!!!! ) saying it's a carbon monoxide issue, he waited until I was upstairs cut, replaced panel. Finally I called Thompson, they sent Nate. He told me my furnace could be fixed no problem for about $500. He couldn't guarantee years but I understand that, at least get me to spring, perhaps summer. They also have me scheduled for this Monday. I can't say enough about how appreciative I am for Thompson & Nate, they don't know me, I've never used them but he, they went above & beyond. I lost my husband in April, in the middle of a complete remodel. Realized I couldn't trust anybody but found it pays to shop around ! You can stop looking once you've found Thompson heating and cooling, I guarantee it. And out of all the estimates I received for new furnace, they came in least expensive!! This has been a terrific day & happens to be my late husband's birthday ☝️🙏. Thank you Jesus for Thompson Heating and Cooling.

Hot water tank when out on Christmas eve call at 2 o'clock said technician would call me 4 phone call and 4 hour later the answer service got ahold of the tech said they don't do hot water tank tech let the answer service call me to tell this very unprofessional wound not use if that how they treat customers

Purchased new home where Thompson did extensive work. Found one of the heat pumps to be tilted uphill due to improperly installed pad. Had seller and my self call them about it and they just gave us run around of different sorts. They told me they knew who I was and how to get a hold of me. Its been 3 months now so I had another company come out to fix it just now. Carrier systems they use are great, but don't expect quality service from these guys. Will never use them for anything.

Just had a new AC and Furnace installed. They were able to move up our install date due to a cancelation. They were super nice and had the install done fast. They even came back out to install a hard start kit on the AC for us right away and free of charge. Highly recommend Thompson!

I was able to get a same day service call when my AC went out. I received text confirmation and a picture of the tech that would be doing the work. Tom was polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and had the part that was needed. I would definitely recommend Thompson Heating & Cooling for your furnace and AC needs. We have an older heat pump and Tom had no issues with knowing what needed fixed. I will be using them again.

Tom helped us previously when our furnace went out. Now he just came to do our A/C maintenance, and did a quick check of our furnace due to some water issues that we had. He made sure everything was up to par before he left. Very knowledgeable and very professional. I can’t recommend Thompson enough!

Our Experience from beginning to end was top notch! Tim came out & gave us a quote on adding central air to our 100 year old home and we found out our furnace was 34 years old and probably needed to be replaced as well. We got a great deal on both units, and they offer financing, which was so helpful. The install crew was awesome, cleaned up very well and did an amazing job. I’m so grateful for having central air on these hot summer days! I Spoke with Dan on the phone and he was able to help me resolve an issue with my AC unit that was not kicking on and he was able to walk me through a few things and had it fixed within not even 5 minutes of on the phone ! I WILL definitely for now on out be using THIS company just because of how professional , knowledgeable and respectful he was over the phone ! Also this was after hours and had a call back within 5 minutes!! Big Thank you!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was not happy with the cost of my service originally. I was contacted immediately and the issue resolved. That was one of the best customer service experiences. I appreciate when a company listens and responds.

From the moment I called and spoke with Amy her mannerism was friendly and upbeat. I explained my situation and she assured me a tech would be out that day. Nate showed up and diagnosed my issue explained everything to me. The next day my part arrived, thankfully under warranty and he came out and fixed my furnace. He checked everything out and gave my furnace “good bill of health”
