Firstly, they were very punctual. Then they proceeded to get right to work on the issues we had discussed on the phone. They were also Very friendly and Professional. I am very pleased with the results and would Highly recommend them!-)

Main sewer line had roots which caused a blockage. Service technician was professional and very knowledgeable. Within an hour he had the roots removed and the system clear. Would recommend and will use again.

They always go above and beyond when they are here working on things. We have used them several times for our basement flooding, backed up kitchen line and leaks in the bathroom. They usually get to us as soon as they can for scheduling and reply to phone calls within a decent time frame. They have always been kind, knowledgeable, and informative.

The technicians were very polite and well mannered. They were able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly and worked efficiently and carefully. Definitely would recommend.

They are the best. We had a very bad situation that they were able to correct and turned into a positive outcome. Employees are friendly..knowledgeable and worked through some difficult situations. Gordon plumbing are great. Mark Gordon is a very professional person and easy to work with. Even with the high demand for plumber's during the extreme weather this Christmas 2022 he squeezed my family in. His workers are top notch and repaired the busted pipes in record time. If anyone needs the best call Gordon plumbing. They are insured licensed and bonded. There is a lot of so called plumber's out there but they lack the experience and are not trustworthy. Stay away from the guys in beat up old trucks with a bucket of tool's. I'm 100% on using Gordon plumbing in the future.

I would recommend Gordon plumbing! I called them for backed up drains due to tree roots. They were able to come the same day. They stayed out working and arrived at 7pm. I appreciated that they would work so late to come fix my issue. The technician was very thorough and made sure that all the drains were clear. They went above and beyond in my opinion.

Worst experience ever! Called to have a leak in our bathroom fixed. They came and spent a short time inspecting the problem. Told my husband to do some caulking around our bathtub and see if that fixes it. They didn't fix anything. Then he went outside for a long time and came back and handed us a bill for 150.00 for nothing. And even had the nerve to say he saved us money!!! Now we will have to call someone else who actually knows how to fix our leak! And we paid 150.00 for nothing. Rip off !

We needed our main drain cleaned out. We contacted Brown Plumbing in Wilmington. They were not available, but they recommended Gordon Plumbing. We scheduled Gordon's for a Thursday and they said it would be there in the afternoon. I got home Thursday at five o'clock and they hadn't showed up or called to say they weren't coming. I called them and a little while later they called back saying they would be there in half an hour. (I think they forgot us.) They arrived around six o'clock and got the main drain cleaned out. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. The next morning we discovered our drain for the clothes washers was now backed up. I call Gordon's and they said they were reviewing their schedule for the week and they would call me back with a date and time. Three days later and no call back. I called them again. No answer. So, I spent Saturday morning cleaning the line out myself. The next Friday I get a call from Gordon's asking if we still needed the washer line cleaned out.

Awesome job by the team. After dealing with slow/clogged pipes over a few years and several different plumbers, they were finally able to take care of the problem. They scoped the drains to determine the actual issue and used the jetter to clean the entire drain system. They got here later in the day (around 4PM) but stayed late until the job was done. Drains are working like new now.
Will add that it took a couple of calls to get them out, so don't expect immediate response on a single call.

They responded ASAP and we're willing to come out that day! Unlike most companies they assessed the situation before making claims. I have had companies qoute me outlandish prices before they even looked at my yard. They came in and were friendly to work with and did what they said they were going to do at a very great price!

This is the second time I have used this company. I called, they were here within twenty four hour. They jetted the lines and located the problem. And we will be using them to fix the issue when we are ready. The two gentlemen that came today couldn't have been any nicer. And very thorough . Great company would definitely recommend.

If you ever need any plumbing jobs done please contact Gordon’s plumbing out of Washington Court House. I’ve spent over $1000 dollars on Roto-Rooter and didn’t fix my problem but with Gordon’s Plumbing they were here just over a hour and cost $300 and got my issues fixed that I’ve been dealing with for over 2 yrs. Great service at decent prices.

These guys are the best! They've been the only plumbers I've called since moving to Court House almost a decade ago. Friendly, knowledgable, and overall a great group of guys!

Gordon Plumbing came out and gave us a second opinion on our broken main sewer line. We had Roto-Rooter quote us almost $12,000 to fix the broken section and replace with PVC. Mark explained what was wrong and told us how he was going to fix it. He quoted us $6400 to fix everything! They completed the job that day after 14 hours of work. I would recommend Gordon Plumbing to anyone needing a plumbing service.

I hesitate to leave "not so good reviews" but I think this needs to be said. We contacted Gordon Plumbing many many months to give us an estimate for our job. They came out, gave an estimate and said to let him know when we were ready. We called multiple times when we were ready, finally received a call back. He told us he was a little behind and could start in a month or so. Finally heard back after calling the county, they told us when they were going to start (day and time) but never showed up. Said he had a late night emergency, fine but should have called. We were told they would be out the next day in the morning, the 2 guys showed up around 2... It took them 2 weeks to do a 4-5 day job! The 2 employees they sent would work for 15 minutes then take a 30-45 minute break!! Their "finish" guy came out and did a "WONDERFUL" JOB!!! He showed up when he said he would and left at 4 everyday. Then on Wednesday my husband received a call from the owner, said you have reached your "Max" dollar amount we talked about and wanted to know how to proceed. Mind you, he knew what he was getting into! So none the less we now have to finish the job they said they would do. This is just very poor service!!!!

Gordon’s arrived at my house on time and very professional. They told me step by step what they were doing and shared the camera view before and after. They were here only 2 hours and gave me complete peace of mind the sewer was cleared. Trent and Zach were great but I hope never to see them back at my house for any sewer services. :) also a shout out to Mark for always answering his phone

Very efficient. I just contacted them the day before. The man called me the next morning and gave me an estimated time of arrival. The fees were exactly as quoted. Probably took him 20 minutes to find out what the problem was and fixed it. He checked all faucets and toilets and flushed them out to make sure everything was fine. Very nice and professional man. Highly recommend!
