Never officially used their service. This company is a lead generation company that refers business out to other companies. They wanted to charge me $150/hr for them to drive from their previous appointment. So a total of $187 for them to show up. This is before any diagnostics or real work. I’m happy to pay a diagnostic fee and pay for any service, but I should not be responsible for their travel from another location. Especially since my house is right around the corner from their shop.
